STADIUM WORKERS JUST BEAT ICE

America’s World Cup opener is today at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles, and the 2,000 cooks, servers, bartenders, and dishwashers who work there are now among the highest-paid stadium workers in the country.

They didn’t get there by asking nicely.

The regime’s Homeland Security chief promised ICE agents at World Cup stadiums. FIFA—in partnership with the regime—demanded workers hand over home addresses and nationality data. Workers knew exactly where that information could end up.

Days before the opening match—when walking out would’ve been impossible to ignore—96% of them voted to strike. And they won big.

Their ratified contract delivers 40% raises, bringing most workers to more than $40 an hour, and something unprecedented in American labor history—the contractual right to walk off the job if ICE threatens any worker in that stadium.

Union co-president Kurt Petersen was direct: “These workers are heroes. They stood up to FIFA. They stood up to ICE.”

Suites worker Yolanda Fierro put it best: “Los Angeles should be a city of welcome—not fear.”

TRUMP’S BUNKER CAN’T MAKE EPSTEIN DISAPPEAR

This regime uses it to panic about Trump’s dead friend Jeffrey Epstein.

A new blockbuster report in The New York Times Magazine reveals Trump’s top officials repeatedly held secret Situation Room meetings—without Trump. They were desperately trying to bury the Epstein scandal. JD Vance, described as “panicked,” begged them to release everything.

Former FBI Deputy Director Dan Bongino screamed at former AG Pam Bondi: “You f**ked this thing up from the start.” His prediction: “This is going to be President Trump’s Iran-Contra.”

When Congress forced the regime to release the first batch of files, Trump, his family, and Mar-a-Lago were mentioned more than 38,000 times. Trump’s own pollster now warns that the Epstein files ranked among the top issues “in every group” of voters tested in the spring.

Republicans Against Perry—a group of actual conservatives—just endorsed Democrat Janelle Stelson in Pennsylvania’s 10th District, which sits in the shadow of Three Mile Island. Their new ad torches Perry for backing a $1 billion federal loan to restart the reactor there, which executive director Craig Snyder calls “the site of the first major nuclear accident ever in the free world.”

Stelson, a beloved local news anchor, lost to Perry by just 1.2% in 2024. Now she’s back, with Gov. Josh Shapiro at the top of the ticket and Republicans defecting in broad daylight.

Snyder didn’t mince words: “Perry is going to be retired by the people of Central Pennsylvania.” Let’s prove him right.

LEXINGTON SAYS NO

Tyler Morton isn’t famous. He’s a first-term city councilman in Lexington, Kentucky, who last Tuesday helped do what Republicans in Congress won’t—told Big Tech to stop.

The trigger was a sale the city didn’t even know about until it was done. A Dallas company called DartPoints quietly purchased the former Lexmark data center for $29 million. No notice to the mayor or heads-up to the council. Just a done deal—and an assumption the city would fall in line.

Instead, the council voted unanimously to freeze all data center development in the city. The message was unmistakable: not here, not like this.

Mayor Linda Gorton didn’t mince words. “They do not produce many jobs,” she said, “and have the potential to increase utility costs on local residents. I support very tight controls.”

The moratorium runs through October, giving the council time to write regulations before a single permit gets filed.

Tech giants are used to buying first and asking for forgiveness never. In Lexington, they ran into something money can’t move—a city council that works for its community.

MACE OUT

GOP Rep. Nancy Mace spent years treating Congress like a reality show. When Rep. Sarah McBride arrived as the first openly transgender member of Congress, Mace greeted her with a bathroom ban written for an audience of one. When asked if she was deliberately targeting her new colleague, Mace said: “Yes and absolutely, and then some.”

That was Mace’s idea of public service—find someone to humiliate, point a camera at them, and fundraise off the wreckage.

On Tuesday night, South Carolina Republicans showed her the door. Mace didn’t just lose the gubernatorial primary—she finished a distant fifth. She conceded from her Charleston headquarters, calling the race “a spiritual battle between good and evil.” Apparently she didn’t know which side she was actually on.

Here’s the gift Mace left behind—she walked away from her congressional seat to chase the governor’s mansion, and won’t be on the ballot to defend it. A Democrat held that seat as recently as 2018. Come November, there will be no incumbent on the ballot—an open race in the best Democratic environment in years.

Mace wanted a promotion. She handed us an opening instead. Thanks, Nancy. And good riddance.

THEY’RE SUING. HE’S SELLING.

This Sunday, Trump plans to host a UFC cage fight on the White House lawn. He’s calling it a celebration of America’s 250th anniversary. It happens to fall on his 80th birthday.

Two Virginia residents—a Vietnam veteran and a civic activist—sued to put a stop to it, and now a federal judge is weighing whether to do just that.

The Public Integrity Project is leading the lawsuit, which says the regime skipped the legal permits and environmental review to build a massive structure on land that belongs to every American—not to Trump.

It also cites reports that Trump bought up to $50,000 in stock in TKO, UFC’s parent company, in May. Their lawyer, Brendan Ballou, laid it out: this is “a profound misuse of our sacred national monuments for private gain.”

Trump’s family isn’t waiting for the ruling. While a judge decides if the event is even legal, his sons are already selling commemorative coins with their dad’s face on them—up to $11,999.99 apiece.

Patrick Holland, managing editor at CNET, reviewed the gold and said: “Sometimes it looks like those gold coins that Scrooge McDuck would jump into for DuckTales. Other times, it’s got a mustard vibe to it, and yet other times, it kind of looks like a urine sample.”

PAXTON’S OWN LAWYER

No one on Earth knows Ken Paxton’s secrets quite like Houston-based attorney Dan Cogdell, who spent nine years defending the Texas AG. That includes a long-running federal securities fraud investigation and Paxton’s historic 2023 impeachment trial.

This week, Cogdell endorsed Democrat James Talarico over his former client. Last year, he donated $6,500 to Paxton’s campaign—in March, he donated $1,000 to Talarico’s.

Cogdell went on national television and said Talarico is focused on issues people care about—gun violence, schools, and healthcare—and that Paxton hasn’t mentioned any of it. He defended Paxton vigorously in court—but as he put it, the Constitution “does not require me to vote for him or endorse him.”

Talarico is 37, a former sixth-grade public school teacher from San Antonio, and polling shows he has a real shot at doing something Texas hasn’t done since 1988—elect a Democrat to the US Senate. When your own defense lawyer jumps ship after nine years, the verdict is already in.

HE SHUT DOWN A CITY TO TAKE A NAP

The national anthem was playing at Madison Square Garden on Monday night when Trump’s face flashed onto the Jumbotron. Most of the crowd booed him loud enough to drown out the song.

He had just become the first sitting president ever to attend an NBA Finals game—and the city he grew up in couldn’t stand the sight of him. Protesters lined the streets outside. His security footprint was so massive it forced the cancellation of a watch party thousands of fans had planned outside the arena.

So he packed the Knicks owner’s luxury suite with his Cabinet, made ticketed fans wait in two-hour security lines, and locked down half of Midtown to be there. Then Trump folded his arms, closed his eyes, and dozed off on camera.

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez reposted a clip of it, writing: “WAKE TF UP.”

His former hometown can’t stand him. He can’t stay awake for the NBA Finals. And of course the Knicks lost, because everything Trump touches dies.

TRUMP CALLED IT RIGGED. HIS GUY LOST.

Spencer Pratt—former star of The Hills, a registered Republican—ran for Los Angeles mayor, built a massive online following, and appeared to be leading the race for days after the June 2 primary. Trump claimed him as his own.

When the mail-in votes came in and the count turned against Pratt, Trump declared on Truth Social: “No way this could have happened. Rigged Election!”—while they were still counting ballots in one of the bluest cities in America.

As the last votes came in, City Councilmember Nithya Raman took the lead. On Monday, AP projected Raman would advance to the November runoff against Mayor Karen Bass. That pushed Pratt into third—he’s out.

Trump lied to the country, calling the count crooked before it was even finished. That’s not confidence. It’s the regime rehearsing for November—when Republicans get swept away in a giant blue wave.

TRUMP TARIFFED THEM. THEY PAID HIS SON.

Last summer, the regime went to war with one of the richest families on earth. Trump hit India with 50% tariffs built to punish the Ambanis—the billionaire family whose company had made a fortune off cheap Russian oil.

Then Donald Trump Jr. flew to India in November 2025, toured the family’s private zoo, and danced with their heir that night. Four months later, according to a ProPublica investigation, the Ambanis poured at least $100 million into an obscure Texas oil startup that Trump Jr. had secretly acquired a stake in.

Soon after, the Ambanis received what they’d been lobbying for: tariffs slashed on Indian imports, a license to buy Venezuelan oil, and a sanctions waiver to buy Russian oil. Trump personally celebrated the deal on Truth Social.

Forbes estimated that Trump Jr.’s net worth rocketed from roughly $50 million to $300 million since his dad returned to office—based only on publicly disclosed investments.

When Democrats take back Congress, every one of these deals gets investigated.

THE REGIME SAID BUILD. PEOPLE SAID NO.

In Nashville, a company wants to build a giant data center—a windowless warehouse full of computers—50 yards from the Nashville Zoo’s animal habitats. Zoo president and CEO Rick Schwartz said the constant noise and light could devastate its clouded leopard breeding program, one of the rarest conservation efforts in the country. So the zoo asked for help.

More than 375,000 people signed a petition to stop it. Country star Brad Paisley called it “an absolute nightmare scenario” and urged fans to join the fight.

As we’ve reported, Nashville isn’t alone. Last July, Trump signed an executive order telling federal agencies to rush data center construction through—build fast, build everywhere, and don’t ask what it costs the people next door. He even told them to skip the environmental reviews that stand in the way.

But town after town is refusing. McMinnville, Tennessee, voted unanimously to block any new data center for 18 months. Nearby Cedar Hill banned them for two years. In Georgia, more than 30 counties have moved to block or restrict them.

They have the money and the seats of power. We have something they can’t buy: each other—and there are more of us than there are of them.

JUDGE BLOCKED REGIME’S FOOD BLACKMAIL

The regime found a fresh place to plant its culture war—the food on our tables. Late last year, the USDA told states they couldn’t get federal food money unless they first signed a loyalty pledge to follow Trump’s rules on “gender ideology,” immigration, and who gets to play in girls’ sports.

Sign the pledge, or watch funding that feeds 39 million Americans dry up.

Twenty states and DC refused, and took the regime to court. On Friday, federal Judge Myong Joun blocked the entire scheme. New York Attorney General Letitia James put it plainly: “We won a court order protecting billions of dollars in USDA funding.” She vowed to keep fighting to “stop the federal government from punishing our state for refusing to bend.”

Trump’s message was simple: obey, or let families go hungry. A judge just told him their dinner isn’t his to take.

REGIME SUES DRUMMER AND LOSES

Chuck Redd has played the Kennedy Center every Christmas Eve since 2006. When Trump’s name was bolted onto the building, Redd canceled his show. His conscience wouldn’t let him play under that name.

The regime tried to bankrupt him for it. Kennedy Center boss Richard Grenell came after Redd for a million dollars, calling his cancellation a “political stunt.” Then came the offer: perform, drop the politics, settle for $7,500. Redd refused that too.

On Friday, DC Superior Court Judge Tanya Jones Bosier threw the case out. Redd never signed a contract, she ruled. His lawyer Lisa Banks called the case what it was: “political retribution, pure and simple.”

The regime sued a drummer for a million dollars. A judge ordered the regime to pay Redd’s legal bills instead.

A JUDGE VOIDS TRUMP’S $100,000 TAX

Last September, the regime decided that hiring a foreign-born doctor, teacher, or researcher should cost an extra $100,000 each. Trump signed an order slapping that fee on H-1B visas—the ones Congress created in 1990 so that hospitals, schools, and universities could hire skilled workers they can’t find in America.

There was just one problem with Trump’s plan—a president can’t invent a $100,000 tax with the stroke of a pen. That takes a bill and votes in Congress.

Twenty states sued to stop it. Then on Monday, federal Judge Leo Sorokin ruled the regime had “no power or delegated authority to impose a tax,” and threw the fee out. California AG Rob Bonta, who led the lawsuit, had warned from the start: “No presidential administration can rewrite immigration law.”

Trump made up a tax nobody voted for. Now it’s gone.

REPUBLICAN SENATOR PANICS

GOP Senator Dan Sullivan is a Trump loyalist who kept his mouth shut while the regime tried to build a slush fund for Jan 6 rioters. Now he’s the most rattled man in Alaska—because a second Dan Sullivan just filed to run against him.

The challenger is a 68-year-old retired schoolteacher from a fishing town. He says he jumped in because the senator stayed silent about the fund. The senator’s so spooked he’s demanding the state erase the other Dan Sullivan from the ballot, and threatening to sue. “It’s cheating,” he said. “This is just corruption.”

That’s not the only reason the senator is sweating—Democrat and former Rep. Mary Peltola is already in this race and outspending him nearly two to one. Under Alaska’s ranked-choice voting, two Sullivans on the November ballot could split the Republican vote and hand Peltola the seat. A seat that helps decide who runs the Senate.
