What state has TWO Democrat senators who have feigned oblivion, who jump aside at every juncture to let the “trumpeters” stomp by without obstruction…
NO one elected Trump for economic reasons. MAGAs voted for Trump for: hatred, fascism, racism, sexism and gender discrimination. They deserve every indignity now imposed on them. We TOLD you and you didn’t listen, and now you have no one to blame but yourself... The information was there, they were not responding to it because they didn’t care. They just HATED women.
Trump won because sexism and racism are the pillars of American cultural identity. Being a straight, white and Christian male is the biggest 'identity politics' game in the history of the country.

Following the law used to be expected and accepted, now it’s a profile in courage. So bravo to New Mexico and Governor Grisham and may other states follow their lead.
Because I am old, I clearly remember when Rudy moved his mistress into Gracie Mansion, while his wife and kids were still living there. Reading about this dinner put me over the moon! Yes for the Mayor! Yes for Mahmood and his family!
I wish every Democratic Governor would do the same. I also wrote Governors Hochul, Pritzker and Newsom to set up an account for their constituents to put their federal tax money into and withholding federal taxes. I do not support funding the illegal war and all the crimes against humanity and do not want my money going to the federal government for those things.
I agree, Sylvia. I have been pushing this idea for, if not all states, at least blue states, especially since Trump trying to retaliate against blue states like withholding funding for projects as he tried to do in my state.

Gov. Grisham is my new hero!!! So many leaders try to talk the talk but can’t walk the walk, except this governor is putting action where it is desperately needed. The child care law is brilliant and necessary. The law against election interference is stellar, and New Mexico moves into the limelight by actually making the lives of its residents so much better because of the governor’s changes. Kudos New Mexico! A beautiful state and a forward place to thrive!
I applaud the move by the New Mexico Attorney General to investigate what has happened at Zorro Ranch. He does this over the objection of The US DOJ. Perhaps once the investigation is underway and is yielding results, the US DOJ will approve of and join in the investigation. The rest of us in the US should be thankful for the courage of the state of New Mexico.
DoJ/Bondi have their own agenda, and cooperation with states is not on it. Unless the state supports the current occupant/current administration in their fascist pursuits.
