Arizona Blocked Trump’s ICE Prison, Twenty AGs Beat The Regime, and Floridians Fight The DeSantis Power Grab
You lose the battles you don’t fight
ICE was trying to build a prison next to a chemical plant—the regime wants that story to stay quiet. Hit the ❤️ like button and re-stack this edition to help the truth beat their lies. When you share, people who would never find this news will.

ARIZONA SAID NO
The regime bought a warehouse in Surprise, Arizona, and announced it would cage hundreds of human beings there—right across the street from a documented chemical hazard zone holding thousands of gallons of hazardous materials. To convert it, they awarded a $313 million no-bid contract to the same company that runs the Everglades concentration camp.
A high school sits less than a mile away, where some students have already switched to online classes rather than walk past the site.
On April 24, Attorney General Kris Mayes filed her 41st lawsuit against the regime to block it. She has an 81% success rate against them, and she’s not done.
Mayes argues the regime broke federal law by skipping required environmental reviews. “The federal government wants to open a jail inside a documented chemical hazard zone,” she said. “You lose every battle that you choose not to fight. Today, the state of Arizona is choosing to fight.”
The regime picked the wrong attorney general. The federal government’s own spending database shows a stop-work order was issued to the contractor—just days before Mayes even filed. Arizona is winning before the judge even rules.
THE REGIME QUIT
The regime tried to gut $4 billion in homeless housing funding—cutting off providers that serve transgender clients, practice harm reduction, or operate in sanctuary cities. It was a targeted punishment—170,000 people across the country could lose their housing because of it.
Steve Heisman of the nonprofit HABcore in New Jersey ran the numbers, and said under the new rules his organization would’ve received a mere 9% of its previous funding.
Twenty states sued. A Rhode Island judge blocked it. The regime appealed, and after losing in court twice, they dropped it altogether.
California Attorney General Rob Bonta didn’t flinch: “We continue to fight for Californians and the rule of law, and we continue to win.” The funding keeps flowing. Good.
THEY SHOWED UP IN TALLAHASSEE
Governor Ron DeSantis convened a special session to redraw 28 congressional districts—targeting four Democratic incumbents. Renowned Democratic lawyer Marc Elias sued the moment the special session was called.
Hundreds of Floridians traveled to the Capitol Tuesday to protest—mobilized by Equal Ground. “Florida voters approved the Fair District Amendments in 2010 because we wanted to rid our system of this type of partisan gerrymandering and rigging for political gain,” said Genesis Robinson, the group’s executive director.
Even GOP Rep. Daniel Webster broke with his party to say “don’t do it,” and Karl Rove warned Republicans not to overreach.
The regime is trying to steal seats it can’t win. Floridians showed up to say no.
WE DON’T HAVE EXCEPTIONS
NYC Mayor Zohran Mamdani was asked this week whether Trump’s penthouse would face the new tax on luxury properties. Mamdani was clear: “We don’t have exceptions.” NY Gov. Kathy Hochul’s office confirmed it: “Rest assured, these are exactly the kinds of properties that will be taxed.” Trump has gotten special treatment his entire life. Not anymore.

I have two questions I would love to get your take on in the comments.
Do you think the DeSantis redistricting attempt will backfire on the GOP?
The regime issued a stop work order on their own ICE prison construction. Do you think they will back down completely or try to push it through?
