Trump is known for slithering his way out of legal trouble without having to face any real consequences. It seems that now, the tide is finally changing.
Today, the full jury was seated for Trump’s first criminal trial, where he faces 34 felony charges. Finally, a prison sentence is “very likely” for the disgraced former guy, legal expert Tristan Snell predicts in my exclusive interview with him.
Snell reminds us of the fact that WE made this happen. He points out all the hurdles that needed to be cleared to get here. How our constant pressure to hold Trump accountable cleared the way for prosecutors to do so.
“All of us in The Resistance, we’ve all played a very big role in getting to this day,” Tristan told me. “I don’t believe we would be here if it weren’t for how much people went berserk after Alvin Bragg tried to shut this investigation down. I believe the political winds blew so fiercely and he had to rethink his decision … We as citizens locked it in.”
But even before our relentless work of pushing for investigations, impeachments, and justice for January 6, Tristan Snell was laying the foundation for legally going after Trump. Tristan is the former Assistant Attorney General for the state of New York who prosecuted Trump University and won. He literally wrote the book on what is needed to beat Trump in court, titled Taking Down Trump.
Tristan answered some of the most pressing questions about Trump’s current trial and legal situation, and he gave the inside scoop on how this all likely plays out. Plus an inside view on his case against Trump University. It’s definitely a must watch.
