Biden Delivers Inspiring Oval Office Address
Thanks for everything Mr. President
Tonight President Biden delivered what is likely to be one of his last addresses ever from the Oval Office.
It is a somber moment of mixed emotions for a lot of us. But I feel as if this is a rebirth of hope.
Joe Biden would have absolutely beaten Donald Trump. Without a doubt.
But what Biden saw was that Kamala Harris might not just beat Trump. Harris could win in an absolute landslide. One that could put an end to Trump’s political career, and maybe even put an end to MAGA too.
Biden saw this as a chance for Democrats to take back the House, win seats in the Senate and hold the White House. Even though we knew the transition could be risky, he once again delivered.
All of us owe a debt of gratitude to Biden for stepping up when we needed him most. And for stepping aside to unite the party like never before.
Now, it’s on all of us to finish the job.

Nowhere else on Earth could a kid with a stutter from modest beginnings in Scranton, Pennsylvania…one day sit behind the Resolute Desk in the Oval Office as President of the United States. But here I am.
I revere this office but I love my country more. It has been the honor of my life to serve as your president, but in the defense of democracy, I think it is more important than any title. This sacred task of perfecting our union is not about me. It is about you.
Nothing can come in the way of saving our democracy. That includes personal ambition. So I’ve decided the best way forward is to pass the torch to a new generation.
The great thing about America is here, kings and dictators do not rule. The people do. History is in your hands. The power is in your hands. The idea of America lies in your hands.

There it is: yet another example of what Biden has always done, both as President and in his long career: actually put America first.
It takes an amazing and confident person to recognize the needs of the people outweighs the needs of one! Not something trump could ever do, he is about himself and 1 percenters only and always. Trump has not an ounce of righteousness in him!
