Biden confidently and brilliantly answered a bevy of questions on a wide range of critical issues. He addressed many of the false rumors the media has been circulating and put to rest all of the questions about his future intentions. After this “big boy press conference,” as the White House and Press called it, all doubts should be erased. And any questions about him staying in the race have clearly been answered.
This is who beat Trump in 2020 and anyone who watched should know that Biden will do it again in November.
Before opening to questions, the President delivered a speech about NATO and the Russian invasion. And the passionate, forceful Joe Biden we saw at the State of the Union, and the dozens of public appearances since the debate, showed up and showed out.
Here are some of the key quotes from Biden’s presser:
“I will not bow down to Putin. I will not walk away from Ukraine. I will keep NATO strong…Now, the future of American policy is up to the American people. This is much more than a political question. It's a national security issue."
“I’m not in this for my legacy, I’m in this to complete the job I started.”
“I mean, my schedule has been full. Where has Trump been? Riding around in his golf cart, filling out his scorecard before he hits the ball. Look, he's done virtually nothing.”
"Can you name me somebody who has gotten more major pieces of legislation passed in three and a half years?"
Biden raised his voice loudly when he said, “more children are killed by a bullet than any other cause of death in the United States of America. What are we doing?”
Today we had some great news with the NY Times and LA Times BOTH releasing brutal op-eds saying Trump is unfit to serve. And that is great, but it is not enough. We are going to accelerate our pressure on the Press to write articles about Donald’s broken brain. You can support our campaign by becoming a paid subscriber today:
President Biden is staying in the race, and this press conference is more proof he's still got it.
Onward,

We are still pushing forward with our campaign to pressure the media to cover Trump’s mental decline. You can help by writing to journalists and editorial boards, tagging reporters and even your local paper in your social media posts. Time for them to give Trump’s mental fitness the same kind of scrutiny they’ve been giving to Biden.
AN EMPHATIC YES! He was confident and brilliantly articulate and knowledgeable!
I loved when he said “Meanwhile Trump is riding around in his golf cart filling out his scorecard before hitting the ball” (may not be his exact words)!
Democrats need to back him instead of undercutting him!

I heard and saw the wisdom of this man, I heard and saw the experience of this man. I was surprised to hear how much he drove policy both domestic and foreign. I heard how he pushed the change to bottom up middle out economy a dramatic shift from trickle down. I heard how he lead the move for chip manufacturing here. I heard that he learned his skill in working across the aisle is unique and has allowed him to accomplish so much domestically. I do not know how so many pundits missed his domestic policy bonfides and his emphasis on knowing he has more to accomplish on improving the economy for the poor and middle class, how did the pundits miss his comment on taxes and the need for the wealthy to pay their share???? I was extremely impressed with his quiet wisdom and humble brilliance on dealing with Congress and the world to always move forward to improve our lives.
