Great News That’s Bad For Trump: Slammed By Buttigieg, Rejected By Americans, Defied By Grand Juries, and Resisted By State Leaders
Our movement is unstoppable
While Trump’s “busy” panicking about more Epstein photos that were released, I’m glad to have more great news for you today. I hope it gives you some relief from all the madness, and reminds you that momentum is truly on our side.

Thanks for being here. Let’s jump in.
GRAND JURY SAYS NO
Once again, the Trump regime tried to indict NY AG Letitia James—and once again they failed miserably. A judge threw out the first indictment of James, and grand juries have refused to indict her twice since then.
James’ attorney Abbe Lowell called the charges “baseless,” and stated that: “This unprecedented rejection makes even clearer that this case should never have seen the light of day ... Any further attempt to revive these discredited charges would be a mockery of our system of justice.”
ANOTHER BAD POLL FOR TRUMP
A new Reuters-Ipsos poll shows that a whopping 70% of Americans believe the regime is hiding information about the Epstein case. And overall, 52% of those surveyed said they disapprove of Trump’s handling of the scandal. Only 23% approve, largely because they have been brainwashed by Fox and the MAGA machine.
TRUMP SUED OVER BALLROOM
The National Trust for Historic Preservation filed a lawsuit against Trump to halt his construction of a hideous ballroom.
The suit argues: “No president is legally allowed to tear down portions of the White House without any review whatsoever … And no president is legally allowed to construct a ballroom on public property without giving the public the opportunity to weigh in.”
COLORADO FIGHTS TRUMP’S FAKE PARDON
This week, Trump issued another pardon to a criminal who didn’t deserve one. Tina Peters was a Colorado election official who helped spread Trump’s Big Lie, and was found guilty of 7 of 10 election-fraud related charges.
The only problem is, she was convicted on state charges—and presidential pardons don’t apply to state crimes.
The state’s AG Phil Weiser called the move “lawless” and an act of “intimidation” from Trump. Gov. Jared Polis pushed back hard, stating: “Tina Peters was convicted by a jury of her peers, prosecuted by a Republican DA, and found guilty of violating Colorado state laws … [Trump] has [no] power to pardon a person for state convictions.”
INDIANA SAYS NO—AGAIN
On Thursday, the Indiana state Senate sent a clear message to Trump—they voted no on redistricting. Even with Trump exerting maximum pressure, and sending out JD Vance to visit the state multiple times, a total of 21 Republicans joined all 10 Democrats to reject maga’s gerrymandering scheme.
PETE SLAMS TRUMP’S ABUSES
Pete Buttigieg, who helped lead the charge against gerrymandering in Indiana, said: “It’s absolutely extraordinary ... Now, to be clear, they didn’t stop being Republicans ... but they figured out that the right thing to do … was to say no to the White House.”
Buttigieg credited the major victory to sustained public pressure from phone calls, letters, and protests, stating: “The clear takeaway from this is [Trump] is not unstoppable, and you are not without power.”
Pete’s absolutely right. Pressure works—but only if it’s relentless. Trump and his regime will never change, so it falls entirely on us to force their hand.
From smashing maga lies with our daily news briefs, to leading the charge with our Watchdog Coalition, we’re mobilizing the resistance and helping steer the ship. In the last year alone, we’ve driven over 550,000 contacts to Congress, and generated billions of impressions with our social media initiatives.
We are a force to be reckoned with, and we do this all without any ads or corporate money. Independence is our strength, but it also means we depend entirely on readers like you to keep our movement going. So I hope you’ll help fuel our fight by joining as a paid subscriber today:

What do you think about the grand jury refusing to indict Letitia James twice now?
What are your thoughts on GOP state senators in Indiana rejecting Trump’s gerrymandering push?
Why do you think Trump issued a pardon for Tina Peters, even though she’s serving prison time for state crimes?
