Took my kids out of school to see Obama when he came to Corpus Christi, Texas. Stood in line from 5:00 am with them I was so sure he would be president!
They made the front page of the local paper with their future president & I helped create decent human beings who care for their fellow man and planet! They all got to shake & hold Obama’s hands! He is a great speaker, his voice carries a deep calm that the world really needed and still does.
I met a senator (Joe Biden), a future president (Barack Obama) and a former president (Bill Clinton). All 3 had something about them that made me feel that those fleeting moments were all about ME. Bob and especially Donnie make no attempt to hide the fact that everything is all about them.
I was an idealistic activist CA girl and had just begun teaching history and civics in Jr High. I had to opportunity to meet him in San Jose the night before he went to LA. He was charismatic and so bright and optimistic. I was devastated and my students all knew it and were so compassionate and supportive to me in the days that followed.

As a young mother and college student I took my 1 year old son in his stroller to see JFK when he was in San Jose. My son still jokes that is what made him a life long Democrat and liberal.
He is such an embarrassment to the Kennedy family that convinced me to switch to the Democratic Party when I turned 21 in 1968. I will refer to him as “Bob.” What happened to him?

I do like Reed Galen and Tim Miller, and people can change. All that said, this piece gave me another perspective about Bob’s potential effect on this election. It’s comforting to think he’ll pull votes from dump, not Biden.
Bob N. Weave recently came out trying to run as "Trump, Only Not Old and Crooked"—he praised the January 6 insurrectionists and called their prosecutions "politically motivated":
Yeah, I would think that a mob trying to string up all Democratic and those Republican legislators who aren't sufficiently Trumped is a valid "political" motivation. To quote Whit Bissell in THE MAGNIFICENT SEVEN, "When it comes to getting shot, I'm downright bigoted!"
I am a Democrat & always have voted for Democrats. I am voting for President Biden again. He has been an excellent president & has accomplished more than expected in his first term.

I didn't mean to have my memory be sad for readers, just wanted to remind everyone (Old and Young) what the real Robert F Kennedy meant to us at the time and to spread the word that this bob person, who happens to share a name, is an imposter supported by trump investors and designed to be a spoiler. bob goes against everything that the real and true Robert F Kennedy supported, lived for and died for.
