STATES SUE OVER SNAP

A group of 25 states and DC are suing the Trump regime over looming SNAP food stamp cuts. Even Vermont’s Republican Governor Phil Scott had his state join the suit. Their complaint reads: “Shutting off SNAP benefits will cause deterioration of public health and well-being.”

Gov. Gavin Newsom stated: “While Donald Trump parades around the world trying to repair the economic damage he’s done with his incompetence, he’s denying food to millions of Americans who will go hungry next month … It’s cruel and speaks to his basic lack of humanity. He doesn’t care about the people of this country, only himself.”

EVANSTON’S ICE RESPONSE

Evanston, Illinois, has been a hotbed of ICE abuses as of late. So the city council announced a plan to respond to ICE activity, and report any of their violations of state and local laws.

Mayor Daniel Biss says police “will respond to incidents involving individuals claiming to be federal agents, just as we would any other incident ... This is essential not only as a matter of basic justice and morality, but also as a matter of public safety.”

This should be the norm in every city, immediately.

GOP SUPPORT FOR GRIJALVA

While pathological liar Mike Johnson still refuses to swear in Dem Rep.-Elect Adelita Grijalva, one Republican is now publicly coming to her defense.

In a recent op-ed, former GOP Rep. Mo Brooks wrote: “From where I sit, it appears Johnson refuses to swear in Grijalva because her vote may affect ... whether the Epstein files will be released as promised.”

Brooks continued: “What is right is right, and what the Republican House Speaker is doing to Democrat Adelita Grijalva is wrong. Period.”

CANADA IS MORE POPULAR

According to recent polling, Trump’s net popularity with Americans is around 59 points lower than the country of Canada. CNN analyst Harry Enten said: “When you pick on Canada ... you are going against someone who is far more popular than you are, Donald Trump.”

TRUMP GETS LOST

Trump’s low popularity might have something to do with his failing brain, as was put on full display while visiting Japan this week.

During a ceremony at the Imperial Palace, Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi had to physically direct a seemingly lost Trump to the correct area. All he needed to do was walk forward and pause—but even then, Trump seemed to wander off by himself.

This is why we all need to know the reason Trump got an MRI, and what the results were.

CROCKETT ON TRUMP’S DECLINE

Dem Rep. Jasmine Crockett blasted Trump’s cognitive decline, after he once again “challenged” her to take an IQ test. Crockett responded, saying Trump’s “never been known to be an Einstein … This is someone who, but for him being born with a silver spoon, probably wouldn’t have gotten into” college.

“What is his IQ?” Crockett asked. “He doesn’t even know what an IQ is.”
