Constituent pressure is rattling the regime on three fronts. 6,200+ against Hegseth, 14,100+ to save Yosemite, and the fight to ban rogue AI. Hit all three:

Done - All three letters in both states - ME and VA - where we have addresses. Thanks for making it so easy!

Scott Dworkin's avatar

Thank you so much, Heidi! Covering both Maine and Virginia doubles the impact. We truly appreciate you taking action so quickly!

With all the courts blocking trump in efforts to redistrict the voting district maps, it’s no wonder he’s spending time playing with maps and changing their names. Must be a psychological issue there.

Judy Sherwood's avatar

Reminiscent of kindergarten: crayons and colored paper, scissors (maybe), pasting bits together to make "art" and bring it home to mom so she can put it on the 'fridge.

Scott Dworkin's avatar

That description is spot on, Judy! It would be comical if the stakes weren't so serious.

Scott Dworkin's avatar

It really is telling, Mike. When the courts shut down their attempts to rig the maps, all that is left is petty distractions.

Dewey Sorensen's avatar

Done, done and done.

Thank you Dewey!

Done in Florida. Thank you!

Thank YOU Cary!

Done! Thank you.

Eight different rooms — a Trump judge, the Texas Supreme Court, a professor who wouldn’t ask permission — all said the same thing: they don’t get to skip the law just because they’re loud.

That’s the part they need you tired enough to miss. Don’t miss it.

Judy Sherwood's avatar

Plus the thousands who showed up a the Kennedy Center yesterday to protest! Great crowd, the biggest crowd anybody has ever seen in the history of America and the artistic community... many people are saying.... (Truly it was an inspiring gathering of citizens supporting the Center and Art in general. )

Scott Dworkin's avatar

The crowd at the Kennedy Center was incredible, Judy! Seeing thousands turn out to defend arts, culture, and our shared heritage proves how deep the resistance runs.

100%

Scott Dworkin's avatar

100% agreement, Mary! Thank you for standing strong with us!

Scott Dworkin's avatar

That is the core truth right there, Sam. Being loud does not make anyone above the law. Thank you for making sure nobody misses it.

Talk to you in 30 seconds

All great to keep the momentum going strong! Another win in RI where the judge ruled that DonOld's administration's effort to shut down a solar program for lower income people is illegal -- a big win where utilities are costing more as winter draws closer. Thanks for making the weekend brighter and less stressed, Scott! Have a great weekend, too!

Scott Dworkin's avatar

That Rhode Island ruling is a huge victory for low-income families heading into the winter, Kristen. Protecting clean energy access matters so much. Wishing you a wonderful, restful weekend too!

Georgia Lyster's avatar

I think the FEMA win holds the most promise for me on the West coast. With our fires and floods they have been responsive.

As far as a personal win I’m an old lady waking up is a big win for me!!! ❤️

Scott Dworkin's avatar

Every morning waking up is a victory, Georgia! And having responsive emergency agencies on the West Coast is a lifesaver. Thank you for bringing your wonderful warmth here!

Ms Jonington's avatar

The best way to start a Saturday morning, right here at the Dworkin Report! ❤️

Every morning! It's the first report I look at - coffee in hand!

Coffee and the facts—the ultimate morning routine! Thank you for reading and starting your day with us, Dana.

Scott Dworkin's avatar

What a wonderful way to start the weekend, Ms. Jonington! Thank you for being such a bright, steadfast presence in this community.

When we fight, we win! Thank you for keeping that energy front and center, Al.

Here’s another Win.

A federal judge in Rhode Island has ruled that the Trump administration illegally terminated a $7 billion Solar for All program intended to make solar power accessible to more than 900,000 lower-income Americans. The Environmental Protection Agency rescinded the Solar for All funds in August 2025 after President Donald Trump’s massive tax and spending law passed in Congress a month earlier. Administrator Lee Zeldin called the program a “boondoggle.” District Judge Mary McElroy wrote in Friday’s ruling that Congress clearly intended for the EPA to continue administering the Solar for All grants that were already obligated. She says the EPA acted contrary to this intent. The Rhode Island AFL-CIO called the decision a big victory for states across the country.

Scott Dworkin's avatar

Thank you for laying out the full details of Judge McElroy's decision, Shawn! Protecting that $7 billion Solar for All program ensures real relief reaches hundreds of thousands of families. A massive victory!

Nancy Bainter's avatar

We’re not even close to being tired of fighting and calling out this silly regime and its abnormal leadership. Every one of them whom Don tha Con-Felon has chosen will have their own fifteen minutes of infamy and then on to court and their just “reward.” Thanks, Scott; keep up the digging—so much more corruption is hidden.

Scott Dworkin's avatar

We will never tire of calling out corruption, Nancy! The work continues every single day, and we are grateful for your unwavering support.

Brenda Doherty's avatar

As Trump demonstrates significant cognitive decline, we can expect more irrational decisions which must be blocked!

Scott Dworkin's avatar

Staying vigilant and legally challenging every reckless directive is our strongest defense, Brenda. Thank you for staying engaged!

RON FILIPKOWSKI posts daily news: Today in Politics, Bulletin 461. 9/18/26 and the reports of cognitive decline grow.

Like this comment:

… Trump explained his tariff rationale: “If we buy 2 billion dollars worth of Bananas from Brazil, we’re actually losing 2 billion dollars. So if we stop eating bananas, we actually save 2 billion dollars.”

… People said we needed a businessman as president. I’m not so sure that’s working out right now.

Judy Sherwood's avatar

O M G... logic has never been in his collection of cognitive skills. Bananas? He is a lot of things, but a "businessman" isn't one, nor is he a president.

AmericanHistoryGeek's avatar

Well, a real businessman perhaps, not a fake game show host who can’t do math or read cue cards. He doesn’t even understand the word ‘deficit’! Vote 💙👍🏼

Patti Scott's avatar

All of the wins are great BUT it’s clear that this administration will do what they want regardless of court rulings. I still think the PO could mysteriously lose ballots, look how Blanche has ignored court orders in the case Katie Phang brought, and bull dozing the Kennedy center because he got away with it for his ballroom. When is SCOTUS GOING TO SEE WHAT THEY HAVE DONE TO THIS COUNTRY! And why do they get to stay out of the public eye? I’m disgusted

Scott Dworkin's avatar

Your caution is completely understandable, Patti. While court wins give us legal grounding, continuous vigilance and massive voter turnout are what truly enforce accountability. We will not let down our guard!

Jane Ward's avatar

Academic Freedom Restored is one of the top 8. During this constant attention with mid-terms, it is a nice surprise. A few months ago, I committed to assist with our get out and vote campaign. I completed my job last night.

Scott Dworkin's avatar

Congratulations on finishing your GOTV commitment, Jane! That direct voter engagement is the hardest and most vital work in any campaign. Protecting academic freedom is a huge win!

Connie Spence's avatar

Early voting began in MN yesterday. A friend joined me after casting our ballots. Then we celebrated. It felt good! Now, we encourage everyone else to do the same. Here comes the blue wave!

Scott Dworkin's avatar

Minnesota leading the way with early voting! Casting that ballot and celebrating with a friend is the best feeling. Thank you for doing your part, Connie!

Joan Makurat's avatar

I hope an order can be issued prior to him demolishing the Kennedy Center. Was SCROTUS aware of all the disastrous things this toddler would do when they granted him immunity? Can all this destruction be claimed to be in the course of his position as President? When impeachments start, the court should be the 1st target.

Patti Scott's avatar

SCROTUS is a good one. I’d like to see #CorruptJohnRoberts out front and center defending his lackeys

Scott Dworkin's avatar

Protecting historic cultural treasures from arbitrary destruction is vital, Joan. Rebuilding judicial accountability and defining the limits of executive power will be top priorities.

Judy Sherwood's avatar

The Kennedy Center contains numerous gifts from other countries that are intended to honor the assassinated JFK; handwoven custom drapes, curtains, crystal chandeliers, Belgian mirrors, etc... there are dozens of exquisite objects in that Center. And the financials were just fine before the odious cretin got his filthy hands on it.

Michelle K Irwin's avatar

You are so right... the Center's budget is decimated ONLY because of Don-Old's takeover!!! It's the endless bad loop of narcissism!!!

Happy Valley No More's avatar

Most of the judges are federalist right wing nuts and support the heritage foundation playbook.

Sheryl L. Search's avatar

Scott, you always give me hope that our fight to save America from fascism is working! Now back out into the streets for me. Onward to a blue wave! 🌊

Scott Dworkin's avatar

Take that energy into the streets, Sheryl! Grassroots organizing and visible presence are how we build that wave. Onward!

Big wins are reading Scott every day. Sanity is huge!

And it is needed when reading/hearing about Trump, the regime and MAGA's madness on corporate media every day. I look forward to the midterms, when the Democrats take the House and the Senate.

Scott Dworkin's avatar

Thank you, Kirk! Providing an island of sanity amidst the corporate media cycle is why we show up every day. Eyes on the midterms!

Just received the book ‘End Times Fascism’ by Naomi Klein and Astra Taylor and it pretty much nails exactly what is going on and lays out the ridiculous irrational tyranny we are now up against and why this is happening at this point in human history. And why and how we must fight back. Thanks for being on the forefront of the resistance, Scott.

Scott Dworkin's avatar

Naomi Klein and Astra Taylor always offer brilliant, sharp analysis, Gary. Understanding the structural roots of authoritarianism helps us fight back with precision. Thank you for the recommendation!
