All of my communications since he was installed, not elected - to replace the JD RATvance, have been regarding confirmation hearings; I have gotten one reply, 5 months afterwards, regarding the necessity of taxes 😳🤨🫏🕳️ Real government efficiency would be replacing him and all of his Republican cohorts with rubber stamps - $8.99 👊💥I have told him this repeatedly, but stupid is as stupid does 🤦🏻♀️
I am represented by 3 Republicans - Sen. Thom Tillis, Sen. Tedd Budd, and Rep. Tim Moore. They rarely directly address my concerns, but I have to say that they do send me a prompt response to any written communications. I send a lot of ResistBots and I have followed all of Scott's contact congress links. I usually get a response within a few hours or at least by the next business day.
And if I do reach a staffer on the phone they are always polite and seem earnest albeit misguided IMO.

Like, AK47’s are a very far cry from muskets, which take about a half hour to reload after one shot (slight hyperbole there, but not much). The second amendment certainly wasn’t intended to be the one and only part of the whole, huge, carefully and painstakingly crafted document that Americans paid attention to, which is the case for many right wingers (who I can almost guarantee you haven’t even read it, let alone ANY of the rest of The Constitution. They just think the second amendment IS The Constitution: to them, a pro gun rallying cry.)

He was put in place on the Court of Appeals to be in line for Trump to appoint him to the Supreme Court. Look for either Alito or Thomas to announce their retirement soon.

I loved when Pete Buttigieg said that it was a no-brainer that the orange man would pull out his 'Distraction Machine' in the wake of the negatives he is getting over the whole Epstein debacle! Mayor Pete takes it to them every single time! My kind of politician. He keeps his cool, he's armed with facts every time and he is most definitely not afraid to speak the almighty truth right to their faces! I would vote for him for president because he portrays what a leader needs to lead the country. He has charisma, integrity, honestly and class.
