Come sit down with me, grab your coffee or whatever you’re drinking. I’ve got great news for you today. I’m not here to walk you through all of the terrible things Trump did this week. I’m here to focus on big wins against him and his regime.
Before we jump in, be sure to hit the like button and restack this edition. Someone you know needs to see these wins, you can be the person who delivers them.

The Librarian Got Paid
Patty Hector told the Saline County quorum court—the county’s legislature—there was nothing wrong with the books they wanted out of the children’s section. In August 2023 the quorum court handed the power to fire library staff to the county judge, and that October he fired her. Days before a jury was set to hear the case, the county settled for $275,000, paid out of a statewide county risk fund.
He Walked Back Into His Own Country
Brian José Morales García told federal agents he was born in Denver and that his birth certificate was at his house in Austin. They deported him to Mexico anyway, in April, after a trooper stopped the crew he installs air conditioners with. His lawyers presented that same birth certificate, and Brian walked back into his own country on August 30. His damages case is now moving forward.
A Judge Slammed The Door And Locked It
The Trump regime wanted ICE to operate out of New Jersey’s state buildings. Gov. Mikie Sherrill said no, so they sued 12 days later. Judge Georgette Castner tore apart the regime’s arguments and threw the case out with prejudice. They can’t file it again.
Trump Bragged About This Permit. It’s Gone.
New Jersey rejected the Raritan Bay pipeline twice. When the state reversed itself last November, Trump’s Energy Department claimed credit in writing, saying he and his energy council “worked across party lines to secure the necessary permits.” On Tuesday, the Third Circuit tore that permit up.
New York Got Him
On Jan 6 Thomas Sibick attacked DC police officer Michael Fanone, stole his badge, and buried it in his backyard. Trump pardoned him, which let him walk out 18 months into a 50-month sentence. This month in Erie County, New York, Sibick pleaded guilty to a state weapons felony. A president can’t pardon that. Sibick faces up to seven years.
The Ballots Are Going Out The Old Way
On September 4, Judge Indira Talwani blocked Trump’s order directing the Postal Service to deliver mail ballots only in states that first handed over their voter files. This week, a federal appeals court backed Talwani up, finding “no record evidence of past fraud” anywhere in the case. States already started mailing ballots under the old rules.
Eight Months In, He Opened The Boxes
New Yorkers demanded answers from City Hall for 25 years about the air quality downtown after 9/11. On Tuesday, Mayor Zohran Mamdani put 170,000 pages online. Sick responders and their families now hold the city’s own paperwork, including a 2001 memo laying out ways to limit what New York could be made to pay.
They Beat It With A Petition
Trump wanted Rep. Emanuel Cleaver’s Kansas City district gone, so Missouri Republicans redrew the map. More than 300,000 Missourians filed a referendum petition two days before the new lines could take effect, and the Missouri Supreme Court ruled unanimously the map never became law. Republicans went to the Supreme Court twice this week to save it and lost both times. November runs on the old lines, and voters get the map on the ballot.
November is coming, and things are not looking good for Republicans. Trump seems to be doing everything he can to lead his party off a cliff—but we still need to work as if we’re behind and sprint through the finish.
We will continue to investigate Trump and his allies while running the biggest social media campaign against him ever. Along with our congressional pressure campaign which has delivered more than 843,000 letters to the House and Senate since November 2024, on top of the countless calls we’ve made.
We have 52 days to get this done. Only 52 days to turn Trump into a lame duck, and we need all hands on deck to help us create a big blue wave. So if you haven’t yet, help fuel our movement to take back our country and start holding Trump and his accomplices accountable for everything they’ve done.

300,000 people with clipboards beat a map Trump wanted. A librarian got paid. A citizen walked home. That’s not a vibe. That’s a week. Thank you for being here
I keep coming back to the pardon line. He walked out early on Jan. 6 and New York still had a courtroom waiting. That’s the part I needed this morning. Grateful this exists.
