1. JUDGE THREW OUT ABREGO GARCIA WITCH HUNT
Judge Waverly Crenshaw dismissed every federal charge against Kilmar Abrego Garcia and called the prosecution by its real name: vindictive. He named Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche from the bench. The man the regime tried to disappear in a Salvadoran prison walked out of a Tennessee courthouse a free man.
2. THIRTY-TWO CHARGED. ZERO CONVICTED.
Federal cases against the last four Broadview ICE protesters—including former congressional candidate Kat Abughazaleh—were tossed for prosecutorial misconduct. The regime hid evidence and got caught. Thirty-two charged. Zero convicted.
3. COHEN MADE JOHN ROBERTS A HISTORICAL FIRST
For 235 years, no Chief Justice of the United States has ever faced articles of impeachment. On Wednesday, Rep. Steve Cohen filed six of them against Chief Justice John Roberts. They won’t pass with this Republican Congress. But they are now permanent in the historical record—and they’re a roadmap for the next Democratic majority.
4. JUDGE REOPENS THE SLUSH FUND CASE
On Friday, a federal judge froze Trump’s $1.776 billion slush fund. Hours later, a separate federal judge reopened Trump’s IRS lawsuit, ordering the regime to explain whether “the court was the victim of a fraud.”
5. ICE AGENT ARRESTED
ICE agent Christian Castro was arrested in Texas on Friday. He shot a man in Minneapolis in January. Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty didn’t mince words: “His federal badge does not make him immune.”
6. JUDGE ORDERS TRUMP’S NAME REMOVED
A federal judge ruled Friday that Trump’s name must come off the Kennedy Center within two weeks. Judge Christopher Cooper, from the bench: “Congress gave the Kennedy Center its name, and only Congress can change it.”
7. SOUTH CAROLINA SHATTERS VOTING RECORD
More than 56,000 South Carolinians voted on Tuesday—the first day of early voting and a state record. Trump called Senate Majority Leader Shane Massey twice, trying to gut Rep. Jim Clyburn’s majority-Black district. The Senate said no. Voters held the line.
8. TRUMP’S OWN JUDGES SAVED FIGURES’ SEAT
Alabama Republicans tried to wipe out the only Black-majority congressional district in the state—the one Rep. Shomari Figures fills. A three-judge federal panel, including two Trump appointees, blocked the new map cold. The judges Trump appointed read the law. The law won.
