Great News That’s Terrible For Trump: He Lost In Court, In Hawaii, and In A Swamp
A doctor, a judge, a torn-down prison, and a 16-year dictatorship that just ended overseas
Take a breath. Not because the fight is over—but because today, you get to read something other than bad news, and you’ve earned that.
The Trump regime is desperate for you to forget that they are not as strong as they look. This week, we proved it four times over. And every one of those wins started with someone who decided they weren’t going to just sit there and take it.
Neither are you.
Before you read on: hit the ❤️ like button and restack this edition. When you do, these stories jump past the regime’s noise machine and land right in front of someone who’s been told we’re losing this fight. Every restack costs the regime. Hit it.
We’re leading the charge to flip Congress in the midterms, and every new paid subscriber is one more person powering it. So if you haven’t yet, upgrade today—the finish line is November:
HAWAII JUST CANCELED $91M IN MEDICAL DEBT
For as many as 50,000 people in Hawaii, a debt that’s haunted them for years is about to disappear. Not reduced. Erased.
The man behind it is Gov. Josh Green—an ER doctor before he was elected, who spent years watching patients skip tests they needed because they were scared of the bill. This week, he signed a law that fights back. A nonprofit buys up unpaid medical bills for pennies on the dollar, then wipes them out.
Up to $91 million, gone. One in twenty Hawaiians carries this kind of debt—it tanks their credit, blocks them from renting an apartment, and follows them for years. Now, for thousands of families, that burden is finally lifting.
He signed two more health laws the same day—one helping cancer patients protect their chance to have kids later, one covering screenings the uninsured could never afford.
The regime treats your health like a bill you’d better be able to pay. Hawaii just called it a right—and covered it.
SIX OF TRUMP’S OWN JUDGES HAVE TURNED ON HIM
The regime went digging into your private life. It demanded states hand over their voters’ most sensitive data on tens of millions of Americans. No proof of fraud. No crime alleged. Just hand it over.
Virginia said no. So the regime sued. And the case landed in front of Judge Roderick Young—a man Donald Trump put on the bench in his first term.
Young threw the case out for good. Dismissed with prejudice—the regime can’t try again. Handing over that data, he ruled, would force election workers to break one federal law just to obey another.
Here’s what should terrify them: Young is the sixth judge Trump himself appointed to kill this voter data grab. The regime has dragged 30 states into court over this—and it hasn’t won once. Trump stacked the bench in his own favor. The judges followed the law instead.
HUNGARY THREW OUT ITS STRONGMAN
For sixteen years, Viktor Orbán seemed untouchable. He ran Hungary the way Trump dreams of running America—packing the courts, choking the free press, picking scapegoats, planting loyalists everywhere that mattered. People said he’d never lose power.
Then in April, the people proved them wrong. Hungarians voted Orbán out in a landslide—and handed his replacement, Prime Minister Péter Magyar, enough power to start undoing the damage.
This week, Magyar got to work. Parliament voted 139 to 6 to fire the loyalist Orbán had installed as president, and to open a new investigation into the corruption of the Orbán years. One by one, the pieces he left behind are being taken apart.
Remember this on the hard days. No strongman lasts forever—not when the people decide he’s done.
A MONUMENT TO CRUELTY, NOW AN EMPTY FIELD
Fly over the Everglades this week and there’s nothing where “Alligator Alcatraz” used to be. The tents are down. The cruel nickname is gone from the entrance, the old airport sign bolted back up in its place. A pilot who took photos Sunday found almost nothing left—a couple of trucks, and a handful of contractors standing around in the heat.
Think about what just got torn down. A swamp prison DeSantis threw together in eight days and Trump showed off like a trophy. It was cruel by design—and by the government’s own count, most of the people locked inside had no criminal record at all. More than a billion dollars was spent to build what the regime called a “model” for the rest of the country.
It didn’t fall on its own. Immigrant families, lawyers, environmental groups, and the Miccosukee Tribe sued, protested, and refused to look away—for a year, until the lawsuits piled up and the billion-dollar price tag got too big to hide. They outlasted a governor, a president, and a machine built specifically to grind people down and make them quit.
But the men who built it—DeSantis, Trump, the contractors who got rich off the cruelty—haven’t answered for a dime of that billion dollars or what happened inside. The camp came down. The reckoning hasn’t.
We’re going to make sure it does. That promise is the whole reason this newsletter exists.
We never forget, and we never give up. We’ve sent more than 788,000 letters to Congress and reach millions daily on social media—putting the truth in front of people the regime is trying to keep in the dark.
All of it funded by readers who decided accountability was worth paying for. Not one dollar from corporations or billionaires.
So here’s the ask, plain as I can make it: become a paid subscriber today. Not for me—for the movement to win back Congress and stop Trump cold:
One last thing before you go. Hit the ❤️ like button and restack this. Somewhere out there is a person who thinks the fight is already lost—and your share might be the reason they change their mind. You’re not a bystander. You’re how the truth breaks through.
Onward!
