Happy First Trump Criminal Trial Day

Happy first day of Trump’s election interference criminal trial to all who celebrate!
I’ve been waiting nearly a decade for him to face his crimes in court. Now, we finally have a chance to see him thrown in prison.
Trump acted like this case would somehow be a boon to his campaign. It is not. You cannot effectively campaign for the presidency while sitting in a courtroom 4 days a week facing 34 felony charges.
There won’t be any video or audio recordings allowed during trial, so he’s not going to be able to use this as an opportunity to put on a full-time circus act.
Don’t get me wrong. There will be round-the-clock news coverage sensationalizing every sneeze and cough. Donald will get lots of attention, but it won’t be good for him.
Americans are about to find out just how far the disgraced former guy went to interfere in the 2016 election and hide his cheating from voters. The ads the Biden campaign can produce stemming from the trial will be beyond brutal—as they should be.
The one thing we absolutely can’t do is let the media portray this as a “hush money” trial the way Trump wants it to be seen—it’s much more serious than that. Our pushback on it has to be enormous—bigger than even a “fire Ronna McDaniel” level.
This is an election interference trial, plain and simple. The term “hush money,” downplays what actually happened: Trump made a payment to buy the silence of an adult film actress with whom he had an affair so that the American voters wouldn’t find out. All so it wouldn’t interfere with his electoral chances.
He then committed a number of brazen felonies to falsify documents and hide that payment. Which could land him in prison for up to 10 years.
The grueling trial for Donald is expected to last 6-8 weeks, taking him off the campaign trail during these crucial months before the presidential election. Which means Trump could be a convicted felon as early as June.
This moment has been a long time coming. Many doubted it could happen, but we are now actually getting to see some justice in action.

Beautifully written. I’m staying tuned in to the results of this trial. I LOVE your statement that said that the Biden campaign ads that will be coming out as a result of this trial will be beyond brutal will actually be a breath of fresh air for me. I can’t wait to see those Biden campaign ads.
It is time for Trump to fully understand that AMERICA DOES NOT WANT HIM. He was such a CLOWN in the White House. It was so obvious that he disgraced our White House. NEVER EVER AGAIN CAN WE SEE THIS CLOWN RUNNING A COUNTRY.
