Pollsters this election cycle are SO worried yet again about "missing" the understated tRump voter that they're still tweaking their "models" to try to account for this cohort. In point of fact, the biggest fuck-up of the polls this go-round is NOT factoring in the FEMALE voter cohort, which will deliver this election to Harris-Walz, full stop! Gender gap is yuuuge, as is the enthusiasm factor...I mean, only a fraction of those mythical "bro-tRumpers" will come out of Mom's basement to vote, and they already have been overwhelmed by women voters, of ALL ages!
Interesting question! Many of us who heard the tape when it was released were disgusted but not necessarily shocked because we were already on to Trump and his ilk. Today we, and those who've come of political age since then, have heard so much worse that I wonder how shocking it will be to people hearing it for the first time.

I was able to catch Kamala last night and her presentation is stronger every time I see it. She exudes leadership. Furthermore, the Democrats' ground game is impressive. Canvassed today for the first time in my life, as at 65 I had to “do something”! Hate it took me this long. People were very enthusiastic about VP Harris so it was really rewarding to hear that! I’m so grateful to those who organize these events!

When I get a little down reading apparently tied polls and start to ruminate on how the race could be so close, o have only to turn to your reports, and I begin to imagine the landslide our candidates have earned. Thank you! At this point now, I feel compelled to focus on our need to win the trifecta; let us not forget to give our candidates the Congressional support they must have to enact the new vision we joyfully embrace!!

Makes sense-- these young voters were only ten to 18 years old when the Access Hollywood tape aired: most were too young to have heard of it.

I just watched a Bulwark video about a Ann Seltzer poll in Iowa - the gold standard for Iowa - that Kamala is 3 points ahead of Trump!
