ICE Got Nothing
Plus, McMahon roasted in Congress, courts crush Trump’s voter data grab, and Ricardo goes home
Something is happening in America right now that the Trump regime can’t stop—and I’m glad you’re with me to be a part of it.
The government tried to grab the name, address, and Social Security number of every single voter in Arizona. A judge said no. Hit the ❤️ like button and re-stack this right now, because someone in your life needs to hear that.
MCMAHON GETS ROASTED IN CONGRESS
Trump promised to abolish the Department of Education, and Secretary Linda McMahon is doing it for him. Not through Congress, but through paperwork.
At a hearing this week, Senator Tammy Baldwin asked McMahon why the regime is shipping elementary school programs to the Department of Labor. McMahon said education should prepare children for the workforce. Baldwin stopped her cold: “We’re talking about elementary students.”
Then Senator Chris Murphy confronted her over firing half the department’s workforce—including many from the Office for Civil Rights. Murphy said that last year in Connecticut “not a single child got a positive result from the Department of Education for their discrimination claims. Seventy of them had disability claims. How do you defend that?”
McMahon responded: “Hindsight.” Murphy fired back: “What does that mean?”
It doesn’t mean anything. That’s the point.
McMahon has quietly signed agreements moving more than half of all federal education funding to agencies that never asked for it, and never even told the public it was happening.
McMahon thought she could gut the department without anyone noticing. She was wrong.
OGLES GETS OWNED
GOP Rep. Andy Ogles made a rare public appearance at Belmont University in Nashville on Monday—and the crowd’s response made it clear why he hides from his constituents.
The room was ready for him. Ogles showed up 45 minutes late, only to be met with boos, yells, and people laughing at him. He responded by comparing the attendees to three-year-olds.
Then he spent the rest of the time dodging questions. Constituent Nelson Hester summed it up perfectly: “He just strikes me as a charlatan and a grifter.”
Ogles eventually left—flanked by security—walking down a hallway full of hecklers.
The Democratic frontrunner in the district is Columbia Mayor Chaz Molder, who has recently widened his cash lead. November is coming.
TRUMP’S JUDGE BLOCKS HIS POWER GRAB
Newly obtained documents prove DOGE personnel had a secret plan to hand your sensitive voter data directly to a political group whose goal is to overturn election results. The signed agreement is on record—so are the referrals for potential Hatch Act violations.
The DOJ’s nationwide push to seize voter files from every state is part of that same plan. But this week, the regime suffered its sixth straight courtroom defeat. Trump-appointed US District Judge Susan Brnovich issued a blistering rebuke of their efforts. She dismissed the regime’s Arizona lawsuit outright, calling their request “legally futile.” It can’t be refiled.
Secretary of State Adrian Fontes didn’t mince words: “I will never comply with illegal requests that put Arizona voters in harm’s way.”
So far, twelve Republican-led states have handed the data over willingly. Thirty others refused. The DOJ sued them all and has won zero cases.
They wanted your data to overturn your vote. But six judges and counting have said no.
ICE GETS NOTHING
For 75 days, Republicans held DHS hostage—demanding $70 billion in new taxpayer dollars for ICE—while TSA agents missed paychecks and FEMA sat frozen. Yesterday, the GOP caved.
The House passed legislation reopening DHS—without a single dollar for ICE. Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries was clear: “House Democrats forced passage of legislation that reopens the TSA, FEMA, the Secret Service, the Coast Guard, and all other aspects of DHS—except ICE and the violent mass deportation machine.”
Seventy-five days. Democrats never bent the knee. Good.
ICE STOPPED IN COURT
The Second Circuit ruled unanimously this week that ICE can’t lock up immigrants indefinitely without a bond hearing. A major victory for due process and humanity in general.
The case belongs to Ricardo Aparecido Barbosa da Cunha—a Brazilian small business owner who has lived in America since 2005 with no criminal record. He was pulled over by ICE on his way to work last September and was told he couldn’t go home to his family in Massachusetts.
Judge Joseph Bianco, a Trump appointee, called the regime’s detention policy “flawed, implausible, and unprecedented.” Ricardo won. He gets to go home.
Immigrants with no criminal record in New York, Connecticut, and Vermont can now get a bond hearing. Huge win.
We’ve been here before—The Dworkin Report has been in this fight since February 2016. Helping break the Trump-Russia story, and even leading the first impeachment campaign.
We’ve never stopped—not once—and we’re full speed ahead.
