Judge Orders Trump’s Name Ripped Off The Kennedy Center and Nobody Will Headline His Birthday Party—So He’s Doing It Himself
Plus, Hawaii taxes millionaires to feed families and Dem governors take on insider corruption

The regime’s trying to bury the news that a federal judge just ordered Trump’s name off the Kennedy Center. Don’t let them. Hit the ❤️ like button and re-stack this post right now.

JUDGE ORDERS TRUMP’S NAME REMOVED
On JFK’s birthday Friday, US District Judge Christopher Cooper gave him the perfect present—he ordered Trump’s name to be removed from the Kennedy Center within fourteen days.
The trademark application for the name change his accomplices tried to sneak through has been withdrawn. The attempted two-year closure Trump announced is now blocked. Judge Cooper was clear: “Congress gave the Kennedy Center its name, and only Congress can change it.”
Rep. Joyce Beatty, who filed the suit in December, didn’t mince words: “[Trump] has desecrated this sacred memorial for his own vanity.”
The Kennedy family celebrated. Kerry Kennedy, who tweeted back in December that she was going to grab a pickaxe and pull those letters off the building, said “Perhaps I won’t need that pickaxe after all.” Bob Kennedy, Trump’s Health Secretary, stayed silent.
Trump responded like a toddler. He posted a 578-word tantrum branding Judge Cooper as “an anti Trump Hater”—because he applied the law. Then he essentially said he didn’t want his name on the building anyway. In the end, I’m glad the regime pulled this stunt, so we can rip Trump’s name off the building and throw it in the dumpster—where it belongs.
HAWAII TAXES MILLIONAIRES TO FEED FAMILIES
The Trump regime cut food assistance and Medicaid and called it efficiency. Hawaii lost nearly $3 billion in federal support due to that reckless slashing. So Gov. Josh Green looked at the rich and said: you pay.
Green signed a new law last week. A 13% tax bracket lands on every dollar of income above one million. The 2024 tax cuts for over 90% of Hawaii households stay locked in.
Green also signed a separate $31 million in emergency funding to the Department of Human Services to fill the gap from Trump’s Medicaid and food assistance cuts—real money replacing what Republicans ripped out.
The regime stole food off the table. Hawaii taxed the rich to put it back.
STEIN WALLS OFF CORRUPTION
In Raleigh, NC, Gov. Josh Stein signed an executive order on May 27 targeting prediction markets—betting websites where people can wager real money on current events. The new rule says no state employee can trade on inside information. Violators can lose their jobs, face ethics charges, and be arrested.
Stein had a recent case in mind. Master Sgt. Gannon Van Dyke, while stationed at Fort Bragg, used classified info about Trump’s Venezuelan operation to make $400,000 by betting on it. Federal prosecutors charged him in April. A US Army soldier turned a foreign regime change into a personal payday.
“There is story after story of insane bets of millions of dollars immediately before an action takes place, and then the action takes place,” Stein said. “It is corrupting people’s faith in government.”
NC joins California, Illinois, Maryland, and New York. They’re putting a stop to it.
TRUMP’S BIRTHDAY PARTY COLLAPSES
Trump turned what was supposed to be America’s 250th anniversary into his own birthday party. A cage-fighting arena on the White House lawn. A fair on the National Mall. He even had the celebration dates moved up to land on his 80th birthday.
Within 48 hours of the lineup announcement, six of nine musical acts walked. Morris Day and The Time. Young MC. Martina McBride. Bret Michaels of Poison. The Commodores. Even Milli Vanilli would not perform.
Young MC made it clear: “The artists were never told about any political involvement.” Bret Michaels dropped a mic: “What was presented to us as a celebration of our country has evolved into something much more divisive than what I agreed to be a part of.”
Trump first said he would headline the opening himself. By Saturday night, he wanted the concert canceled and replaced with a MAGA rally instead. He couldn’t get anyone else to do it. What a celebration.
This is what a country looks like when its people refuse to lose it. When public pressure outweighs the threats of a dictator. When judges hold the line, and governors build back what the regime destroyed.
We’ve proudly led this fight for over a decade. And there’s no stopping us now. On top of our reporting, we launched The Watchdog Coalition Against Trump’s Corruption—our massive organizing arm made up of labor unions, progressive groups, and allies from all over the world—fighting every battle that matters.
But we need all hands on deck to keep up this momentum. So if you haven’t yet, join our movement as a paid subscriber today. Let’s flip Congress and turn Trump into the lame duck he deserves to be:

I want to see what exactly the artists agreed to in the first place. Curious to see how it was sold to them!
