You ROCK!! I actually got chills watching you guys out there in the bitter cold, but my chills were from pride in my fellow Americans standing up to this fascist regime!
We are Minnesota snowbirds, so we participated by staying home and not purchasing. We participated in a protest here on January 20 which had several hundred participants.
I did not take part in the rally this week but i am recovering from heart surgery so i will give myself a pass. I'll be there next time for sure. I laud Gov Newsom for keeping California protected by the WHO. Once again, California leads the nation is doing the right thing for all the people. I also cheer Rep Crockett's initiative to report all ICE transports and deportations. We need a record of where folks are being sent so we can go get them back if at all possible. I look forward to undoing the wrongs committed in folds by this regime. May we all rise united as Americans!

You had a good reason, bette than mine, at 82 I can't get my walker through the darn snow in Michigan to join our protests and the plows can't keep up with the snow.
You were smart to avoid the cold post open heart surgery. There are many other ways to support your city/state without being out in the cold. Ass an Rn I dealt with post heart patients and even in florida we told them to be careful with cold weather and to be sure to layer and avoid the wind that makes it colder. And we don't have anything near as cold as you do. Be safe so you fully recover and can then be able to march again.
Resistance has my total support online in person (except when it’s -44 windchill…sorry). Salute to Mark Kelly’s words on the billboard in Arizona. Can’t believe (well-yes I can 😡) that we left WHO…so YES I agree with Newsom and other states should join as well. Stay safe everyone!
And I love how Governor Newsom is stepping up every day and helping not only the people of California, but the rest of the United States by bringing us correct information from the WHO. He continues to counteract the bad that our president enacts every day. 1 million thank yous to Governor Gavin Newsom!!

In Williston VT a group of elderly protesters did a sit in inside the ICE data center. The local police wouldn’t arrest them. Check out these brave individuals!
The pushback is wonderful! They are still rounding up people in other states too. They just are doing it quietly and quickly. ICE is doing “performance” round ups in MN and Maine to emphasize what they do in blue states. TX is just doing it quietly.

As a Nurse I know we used WHO for our daily updates on AIDS, Ebola & COVID. As tRUMP sees the measles escalating he needs to cover it up (He thinks). Not conspirators thinking ....reality!! The country will count on CA for updates if the site goes down.
