Before we begin another week of Trump’s chaos, I’m glad to have some uplifting news for you today. From big liars facing even bigger financial troubles, to communities standing up to this regime, the signs are clear: our momentum is real and it’s growing. Let’s dive in.

UNHINGED PILLOWS

A federal judge ruled that MyPillow CEO and Trump cult member Mike Lindell defamed election tech company Smartmatic. An attorney for the company says they are seeking nine figures in damages for Lindell’s absurd lie that Smartmatic helped rig the 2020 election. Great—I hope Lindell goes bankrupt.

LETTERMAN CALLS TRUMP WHAT HE IS

Former late night host David Letterman is pulling no punches when speaking out against Trump. Calling him a “goofball,” Letterman said Trump’s pressure to fire Stephen Colbert, Jimmy Kimmel, and others is “pure cowardice.”

Letterman added: “He’s a dictator. This is what dictators do.”

Trump recently mocked Letterman over “low ratings” on his old show. So Letterman fired back with a clip of Trump praising him for having great ratings. Awkward.

PORTLAND PUSHES BACK

Trump now has a new target in his sights, with the National Guard as his weapon—the city of Portland, Oregon. But elected officials there are not having it.

Dem Sen. Ron Wyden said: “It’s important to recognize that [Trump’s] argument is a fable … If he watches a TV show in the morning and he sees Portland mentioned, he says it’s a terrible place.”

While Dem Rep. Suzanne Bonamici stated: “Portland does not need the military. We do not want them, we do not need them, we do not welcome them to come here under his orders.”

KAMALA SAID THAT

Former Vice President Kamala Harris was asked about the ridiculous indictment of James Comey—I’ll let her response speak for itself: “It’s painful to see ... Are you f**king kidding me? The United States Department of Justice?”

Harris added that the mayhem from the Trump regime is “every day unrelenting.” It sure is, which is why we can never stop fighting back.

MAGIC NUMBER 218

Speaker Mike Johnson appears to be stalling the swearing-in of Rep.-elect Adelita Grijalva—following her landslide election win in Arizona last week.

Grijalva said: “Maybe it has something to do with the fact that I’m number 218 on the [Epstein] discharge petition.” That is the number of signatures needed to force a vote in the House on releasing the Epstein files.

Johnson’s office confirmed they have the election paperwork needed to move forward, and claim they’ll do it once back in session. But we still need to pressure Johnson, because we can’t ever trust Republicans to do the right thing. Especially not Trump.
