MOMENTUM AGAINST KRISTI NOEM

Most Democrats in the House now support the effort to impeach Kristi Noem. And just last night, Republican senators Thom Tillis and Lisa Murkowski called for her resignation. Even Majority Leader John Thune is refusing to defend Noem.

Let’s be clear—our community played no small role in making this shift happen so quickly. We’ve been one of the loudest voices calling for Noem’s removal, driving 50,000 calls and letters to Congress and reaching millions on social media over the last two weeks.

MN Gov. Tim Walz said it best: “I’m not sure there’s been anybody more incompetent or cruel that’s ever served in a cabinet position than her.” He added: “I think Kristi Noem probably should go back to South Dakota, not have any dogs, and just kind of ride things out.”

BYE BOVINO

Border Patrol Chief Greg Bovino was removed from overseeing the regime’s abusive operation in Minnesota.

A lot of folks have been asking me if he was fired, transferred, or something else. But the Trump regime intentionally muddied the terminology to make it unclear, so don’t worry about the semantics here. Whatever you want to call it is fine by me.

The fact is—Bovino is gone—at least for now. I’m sure someone worse will likely replace him, but it’s a great reminder that our public pressure is working.

DA CONFIRMS ICE AGENTS CAN BE ARRESTED

As the regime’s agents commit crimes in cities across the country, Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner made it clear that state prosecutors “absolutely can and absolutely should bring criminal charges against federal officers within their jurisdiction.”

And this isn’t hypothetical—it has already happened, with federal agents charged in state court for DUI and other offenses.

Krasner added: “Can Donald Trump pardon them? No. He has absolutely no power whatsoever to pardon people convicted in state court. If the Jan 6 rioters had been convicted in state court, they would still be in jail.”

BIDEN DELIVERS STRONG RESPONSE

Former President Joe Biden condemned the Trump regime’s killings and escalating violence in Minnesota, stating it “betrays our most basic values as Americans.”

Biden rejected the regime’s brutality: “We are not a nation that guns down our citizens in the street. We are not a nation that allows our citizens to be brutalized for exercising their constitutional rights.”

The former president also praised the courage of the brave folks who have stood up to Trump’s rampant abuse of power, saying: “Minnesotans have reminded us all what it is to be American, and they have suffered enough.”

Biden is right. People like us refuse to live in a country where violence and corruption will ever be the law of the land. And we refuse to yield to fear.
