Thank you, Scott for all the hard work and you have had measurable results and success. The grassroots movement has you to thank for pushing liberal, humane agendas in fighting this evil regime. And Jon Osoff is a force of nature. This is the way forward!

The Dworkin report always has clear, concise, factual information to share. Thank you, Scott!

Thanks Judy!!!

You rock Mike! Thanks for engaging every day and for everything you do. Love seeing your comments. Keeps me going!

Right on! Keep on Hammering, Mike. Give 'Em Hell, ya'll! Resist! Defy! & Persist!

P.S. - I forgot to say that, RIGHT NOW, I am going to make another contribution to Jon Ossoff's campaign (even though I don't live in his state). It's a very critical Senate seat that we need, and the traitors are spending huge amounts of the money they've been cheating away from us to defeat him in order to continue their corruption & treason! JOIN US AS WE RESIST; DEFY; PERSIST...

Our post card group is writing/sending cards for Jon!

Thank you Scott for your work and your acknowledgement of the community out there who will not give up despite all of the odds and frankly, too many who are edging toward the don't care anymore line on the continuum. Successful midterm elections will only be a start toward repairing all that is being ruptured and I am concerned that even a democratic led Congress will revert to old politics. So, thank you for your laser like focus on building human connection and providing us with independent journalism. I would give my Profile of Courage award to you.

Sam Jones's avatar

Oh wow Deborah that’s an amazing thing to say. ❤️

Thanks, Scott & Deborah Plummer; I remember when I was told by one of my professors in '66 that we were assigned to read just the "Introduction" to JFK's Pulitzer winning book with that title. "Profiles in Courage." Great stuff that we could really use more of today!

ALL liars should lose their jobs! That would take care of this entire administration, I believe! Courage, in my opinion, belongs to all those who stand up to the idiotic policies this administration is supporting-anti lgbtq, anti immigrants, anti books, …..etc. etc. etc!! Hope all of you have a nice week! Thanks for the good news Scott!

Well said, Tess! Honest judges are standing up to corrupt ones (all) of the drump regime and turning them out. Increasingly, we will see that "crime does not pay" contrariwise to the policies of the "Mar a Lago Mafia". Every judge, lawyer, and citizen who actively confronts this lawless regime deserves an accolade. Thank you, Scott, again for featuring the actions of the citizens who face down the evil.

Yes!! The attorneys who lied should be disbarred!!

Renee Goodman's avatar

Sally, most of all Blanche and Pam Bondi!!!

Joyce Therieault's avatar

Yes, the DOJ lawyers should lose their license to practice. I would nominate Heather Cox Richardson for the courage award.

Sam Jones's avatar

Oh that’s a great choice!

Allyson Ross Davies's avatar

Perjury is a criminal offense…they should be tried, convicted, and disbarred

Julie Lawson's avatar

Yes, they absolutely should lose their jobs and their license to practice law. It should happen if they lie to congress too - which Blanche does consistently.

Pam Birkenfeld's avatar

I totally agree with the comments here! Let’s end this nightmare.

He is looting the Treasury, and will bankrupt the country like he bankrupted his businesses.

Diana's avatar

Absolutely, attorneys that lie should lose their license. Which begs the question-why does Bondi still have hers?

DillyDooBee's avatar

Isn't BIMBO BARBIE licensed to practice in FLORIDA?

I'm not gonna look it up, but believe her license was previously challenged.

Do you really expect FLORIDA to appropriately address any legal issue?

ALEX ACOSTA is still licensed to practice:

Pam Bondi faces career-ending probe as Trump strips her of ethics shield

I heard that's why the felon gave her some ridiculous appointment so she'd still be considered a federal appointee - let's see if that's enough for her to skate through again. The one who *really* needs to be disbarred and indicted is Todd Blanche. Just saying. And how on God's green earth (my late father's expression) can Alex Acosta still be licensed to practice???!!!

Meanwhile - yes, any lawyer (especially DOJ) caught lying should be disbarred. So should any Cabinet member...but then they'd all have to go at once!

Profiles in Courage - happy to see who it went to. I'd nominate all the substack people who are now being considered Media Offenders (including Brian Tyler Cohen, David Pakman, and Ed Krassenstein) and people like Robert Hubbell, Heather Cox Richardson, Katie Phang, and...too many!!!

Diana's avatar

You are correct on both points. Bondi is licensed in FLA and has active ethics complaints and disbarment challenges. I also agree that the probability of her losing her license is pretty low. It appears that the Bar Society has very low ethical standards themselves. I could be wrong.

Patricia Davis's avatar

I had heard this over years of jokes ( low ethical standards) , the statistics seem to be right in line with the current admins host of disbarments - though hardly ,I surmise , close to the total embarrassed lot it WILL be, but….probably plenty to live abroad in a grand style..Argentina is the deal I hear! 😏.

Thanks Diana👍

I would nominate the everywoman immigrant, who goes to work every day and raises her children despite the harrowing conditions and threats she faces.

Julie's avatar

I love that idea, Joan. I'd include all immigrants-man, women, or child.

Sam Jones's avatar

Wonderful idea

Greg S.'s avatar

Certainly disbarred and if their actions crossed the line criminal charges as well.

These lawyers have a chain of command as well and their supervisors had to know and OK the actions. Investigate who conceived and directed this, not just the flunkys who went to court.

Four positive things! Thank you Scott! Onward!

Sam Jones's avatar

The wins are real. The pressure is working. And we’re just getting started.

Keep showing up. We’re building something they can’t stop.

Maryanna Fournier's avatar

They should lost their license to practice law and face heavy fines.

Thank you, thank you for all of your hard work !
