Well said, Tess! Honest judges are standing up to corrupt ones (all) of the drump regime and turning them out. Increasingly, we will see that "crime does not pay" contrariwise to the policies of the "Mar a Lago Mafia". Every judge, lawyer, and citizen who actively confronts this lawless regime deserves an accolade. Thank you, Scott, again for featuring the actions of the citizens who face down the evil.

Profiles in Courage - happy to see who it went to. I'd nominate all the substack people who are now being considered Media Offenders (including Brian Tyler Cohen, David Pakman, and Ed Krassenstein) and people like Robert Hubbell, Heather Cox Richardson, Katie Phang, and...too many!!!
You are correct on both points. Bondi is licensed in FLA and has active ethics complaints and disbarment challenges. I also agree that the probability of her losing her license is pretty low. It appears that the Bar Society has very low ethical standards themselves. I could be wrong.
I had heard this over years of jokes ( low ethical standards) , the statistics seem to be right in line with the current admins host of disbarments - though hardly ,I surmise , close to the total embarrassed lot it WILL be, but….probably plenty to live abroad in a grand style..Argentina is the deal I hear! 😏.

These lawyers have a chain of command as well and their supervisors had to know and OK the actions. Investigate who conceived and directed this, not just the flunkys who went to court.
