EVICTED: Trump’s ICE Agents Kicked Out Of Office Space
Pennsylvania county evicts ICE for unpaid rent, Obama condemns Trump's masked invasion, and Rep. Sarah McBride pushes for Kristi Noem’s impeachment
I want to kick off today’s news brief by saying thank you. Thank you for being here, and for doing all you can to make this world a better place. In times like these, I’m proud of what we’ve accomplished together. You are part of something bigger than any one of us—a movement that’s built on hope, grit, and our relentless determination.
We cut through the Trump regime’s chaos every day, calling out their lies while focusing on what really matters. Thank you for having my back. I will always have yours.
Let’s jump in.
TRUMP BEGS FOR PROPAGANDA ON FAILING HEALTH
During an interview last month, Trump tried to bully New York Magazine into lying about his health—threatening to sue if they dared to write anything unflattering.
He even pulled in his Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt and two doctors to vouch for him—with one claiming Trump was “by far” healthier than former President Barack Obama. Trump lit up and told the reporter, “Write that.”
What a sick joke. It might be funny if it weren’t such a blatant attack on the press. Trump is so insecure about people seeing his broken brain and rapid physical decline that he threatens news organizations with bankruptcy. This is not normal behavior, and it needs to end.
FACT CHECK: IF REGIME IS TALKING THEY’RE LYING
If members of this regime say anything, they’re lying—and not just about Trump’s broken brain. The chair of the CDC’s vaccine advisory committee, Dr. Kirk Milhoan, has been spreading dangerous lies and propaganda about the effectiveness of vaccines.
Milhoan says the polio and measles vaccines should be optional for children, and even claims that requiring vaccinations is a form of “medical battery.”
The reality is clear—the side effects for these vaccines are far less dangerous than the diseases they prevent. Anyone saying otherwise has no business advising Americans in any way—let alone on public health.
OBAMA ON ALEX PRETTI
Former President Barack Obama condemned the killing of ICU nurse Alex Pretti as a “heartbreaking tragedy” and “a wake-up call to every American.” Obama slammed the Trump regime’s invasion of Minnesota, where masked ICE agents are “acting with impunity” and using force “designed to intimidate, harass, provoke, and endanger residents.”
Obama said the regime’s abuse of power resulted in the killings of two US citizens, and their lies are “directly contradicted by video evidence.” He added: “It’s up to each of us as citizens to speak out against injustice, protect our basic freedoms, and hold our government accountable.”
ICE EVICTED
Lehigh County in Pennsylvania just kicked ICE out of their local offices after the agency failed to pay more than $115,000 in rent over three years. Lehigh County Executive Josh Siegel said he was ripping their agreement to shreds and that they “should consider themselves evicted.”
“The department’s failure to pay rent, combined with DHS’s national reputation for recklessness, chaos, and public disorder, warrants ending any relationship with the County,” Siegel added. “We will not accept their blood money.”
Lehigh County Controller Mark Pinsley said in an official letter: “I think the county should be unequivocal and tell ICE: ‘pay your bills, pack your sh*t, and get the hell out.’” Pinsley stated: “We can give [the Trump regime] a taste of their own medicine. We’re going to deport ICE.”
MCBRIDE CALLS OUT REGIME
Yesterday, I had a great live conversation with Dem Rep. Sarah McBride from the great state of Delaware.
McBride was one of the first members of Congress to call for the impeachment of DHS Secretary Kristi Noem. She said that after “watching the videos of Renee Good’s and Alex Pretti’s murders … I am disgusted and angry.”
When talking about the importance of contacting your Representatives, McBride said: “I cannot begin to reinforce for people how important reaching out to your members of Congress is. I know it sometimes feels like you’re shouting into the void, but Scott—we track and we take note of it. The ACA would have been repealed in full in 2017 if it had not been for people reaching out to their members of Congress. That made the difference.”
And as we closed out, Rep. McBride gave an inspirational message, reminding us that previous generations “had every reason to give up hope … every reason to believe that our politics and our democracy could not deliver for them because it never had. And yet, they still summoned their hope. They found the light. They changed the world. And I have to believe if previous generations of Americans could do it, then so too can we.”
Rep. McBride’s words should light a fire in all of us. Previous generations faced impossible odds with none of the tools we have today. They still won. And now it’s our turn.
That’s why we launched our Midterm Accountability Project—to cut through the maga noise daily, reach millions with stories the regime wants buried, flood Congress with calls and letters, and drive the largest social media battle against Trump ever.
