Rep. Ansari Moves To Impeach Pete Hegseth, Judge Throws Out Trump’s Deportation Scheme, and MAGA Store Closes Due To Lack Of Sales
Plus, Democrats flip Wisconsin Supreme Court seat
Hit the like ❤️ button and re-stack this now. A Trump voter closed her MAGA store. A judge threw out Trump’s deportation scheme. A congresswoman moved to impeach Pete Hegseth. The regime is counting on all of this being buried. Don’t let them.
We’ve been doing this for ten years. No ads. No billionaires. No corporate influence. Just reader-funded journalism that leads the resistance. Help us flip Congress by joining us as a paid subscriber today:
JUDGE THROWS OUT TRUMP’S DEPORTATION SCHEME
The regime’s immigration strategy: find people who did everything right, then punish them anyway. A federal judge just stopped that cold.
Nearly nine hundred thousand immigrants used CBP One—a government app for legal border entry appointments—exactly as instructed. Being approved for parole through the program meant a life. Work authorization. The right to stay in the US while their cases moved through court.
Last April, the regime tried to rip that away with one email: “It is time for you to leave the United States.” No hearing. No review. The cruelty isn’t incidental—it’s the point. Pushing people out through fear is cheaper than deporting them—and it sends a message to every immigrant watching: the rules don’t protect you.
US District Judge Allison Burroughs just stepped in and ordered the regime to restore the legal status for every affected immigrant still in the country. Burroughs said: “When Defendants terminated the impacted noncitizens’ parole without observing the process mandated by statute and by their own regulations, they took action that was ‘not in accordance with law.’”
Nearly nine hundred thousand people did what the government asked. The regime tried to destroy their lives anyway. A federal judge ruled it was illegal. The regime has a name for that—it’s called losing.
MAGA STORE CLOSED. SHE BLAMES TRUMP
Lisa Fleischmann opened her second Trump store in Crystal Lake, Illinois in January, after being evicted from the first one for refusing to take down a large inflatable Trump—which is now in a landfill. The new store had big dreams of Trump-themed bingo nights and a mock Oval Office. Sales were strong—until Trump launched his war in Iran.
By March, she couldn’t make half her rent. Her customers refused to wear Trump gear in public anymore—afraid someone would ask them about Iran.
The Facebook comments delivered the people’s verdict. “Have the day you voted for,” multiple people posted. One asked if she’d tried “not paying your contractors and suppliers, getting a million-dollar loan from your parents or just declaring bankruptcy—these strategies seemed to work well for Trump.”
The store is now closed. Trump sold these people a fantasy—lower costs, no more wars, America winning again. Then he started a war that killed their business, sent their gas prices through the roof, and made them afraid to wear his name in public. They bought in. He burned it down.
IMPEACHING HEGSETH
On Monday, Rep. Yassamin Ansari—the daughter of Iranian immigrants who fled Tehran after the 1979 Revolution—announced articles of impeachment against Pete Hegseth.
Hegseth’s “reckless endangerment of US servicemembers and repeated war crimes are grounds for impeachment and removal from office,” Ansari said. “Only Congress has the power to declare war, not a rogue president or his lackeys.”
We have been calling for accountability from this regime for ten years, starting with the first impeachment campaign against Trump—which we launched in 2017 on the day he was sworn in. Impeachment efforts take time and momentum, but they have to start somewhere.
Republicans are already dismissing the move to impeach Hegseth, just like they did with Kristi Noem and Pam Bondi. Both of them are gone.
NOVEMBER IS COMING
In a special election last night to fill Marjorie Taylor Greene’s old congressional seat—the reddest district in Georgia—Democrat Shawn Harris outperformed the 2024 election results by 25 points. It’s the largest overperformance in a House special election since Trump took office.
Republican Clay Fuller had Trump’s personal endorsement and a 37-point built-in advantage, and still only beat Dem Shawn Harris by 11.8 points.
In Wisconsin, Judge Chris Taylor won a state Supreme Court race, locking in a solid liberal majority through 2030. Last year, Elon Musk spent more than $20 million trying to buy this court. He failed. Republicans didn’t even bother this time.
Democrats have now won or overperformed in 261 of 292 key elections since Trump retook office. Every Republican in a competitive district just did that math. November is coming.
We’ve been fighting Trump for over a decade. We investigate. We publish. We fight. Millions of contacts to Congress, billions of monthly impressions to dismantle Trump propaganda online—and we are not done.

Onward!
Scott
I have three questions for you today.
Are you glad the MAGA store closed down?
What do you think about the judge’s ruling restoring legal status to nearly 900,000 immigrants?
Democrats swung 25 points in MTG’s old seat last night. What does that tell you about November?

While I'd love to see Hegseth impeached and removed, I also dearly want to see him charged with war crimes and imprisoned. He can share a cell with Trump.
