Sen. Warren Exposes Trump’s Cover-Up, Musk Found Liable By Jury, Kennedy Blocked By Federal Judge, and Ohio Fights The Regime’s AI Takeover
March has been difficult for Trump—good.
The resistance is winning—this edition is proof.

TRUMP’S SOCIAL SECURITY COVER-UP EXPOSED
Last year, Sen. Elizabeth Warren demanded an independent audit of the Social Security Administration’s phone lines. The regime’s response? They altered the inspector general’s report and buried the real findings.
Their published version reported callers waited under ten minutes to reach a representative. The real number—discovered in the report’s version history—was 46 minutes to over two hours. That’s what happens when you fire more than 7,000 SSA employees, leaving just one field representative for every 4,000 beneficiaries.
Warren and eleven Senate colleagues launched an investigation last week, demanding answers from SSA Commissioner Frank Bisignano. In a letter, they wrote: “Your forced staff reassignments are harming Social Security beneficiaries, endangering the accuracy of claims, and wasting taxpayer dollars.”
The regime gutted the SSA and tried to bury the damage, but they left proof in the version history, and Warren put it on the record. Their cover-up failed.
COURTS BLOCK KENNEDY
Bob Kennedy tried to rewrite the standards of American medicine—unilaterally declaring an entire category of medical care no longer exists—via press release. A federal judge just blocked it.
Last December, Kennedy declared gender-affirming care for minors was “neither safe nor effective” and threatened to strip Medicare and Medicaid funding from any provider offering it. More than 40 hospitals halted treatments—including in states where the care is fully protected by law.
Twenty-one states and DC sued immediately, led by New York AG Letitia James and Oregon AG Dan Rayfield. They argued the regime doesn’t get to rewrite medical standards without notice, public comment, or any legal process.
US District Judge Mustafa Kasubhai agreed. After a six-hour hearing on Thursday, he sided with health care providers and stopped the declaration in its tracks. He also denied the government’s motion to dismiss.
The judge said: “The notion that ‘I will go forward and issue a declaration and see if we can get away with it’ is not a principle of governance that adheres to the overarching commitment to a democratic republic that requires the rule of law.”
James was blunt following the ruling: “Health care services for transgender young people remain legal, and the federal government cannot intimidate or punish the providers who offer them.”
Kennedy declared himself above the law. A federal judge made it clear he is not.
THIS JURY HAD ENOUGH
The regime keeps losing in court. And its richest ally just lost before a jury too.
Four years ago, a group of ordinary investors—teachers, nurses, retirees, and workers with pension funds—watched Twitter’s stock take a 10% nosedive after Elon Musk posted two tweets about the social media company’s value. They lost real money. So they sued, and on Friday they won.
One of Musk’s two posts claimed his $44 billion Twitter acquisition was “temporarily on hold.” The other said the deal couldn’t move forward. And a nine-person jury in San Francisco unanimously decided those tweets were false or misleading.
Plaintiffs in the case argued that the tweets were designed to tank the stock price so that Musk could renegotiate a new deal or even walk away. Their attorneys estimated damages at more than $2 billion—which would make it one of the largest securities verdicts by a jury in US history.
NOT SO FAST
Trump has bet $500 billion on an AI takeover of America—and he’s chosen Ohio as ground zero. Ohioans said not so fast.
In the small town of Urbana, a $1 billion data center proposal surfaced—and residents only had two weeks to organize. They used the time to gather more than 4,000 signatures for a petition against the center. On March 3, they secured a 6-1 council vote in favor of a moratorium blocking the project.
That was one city. In Adams County, officials signed NDAs that barred them from telling constituents what was being built in their backyard. Danielle Kinhalt found out anyway. She gathered 1,800 signatures—800 more than Ohio law requires—and filed a petition to put a constitutional amendment before voters banning AI data centers statewide. “We felt like our local government just wasn’t listening to us and giving us any answers at all,” she said.
On Friday, Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick flew to Ohio to break ground on the largest piece yet of Trump’s AI agenda, telling the crowd it was the largest construction bet in history. Danielle Kinhalt just raised him.
The resistance is winning—right now—in courtrooms and council chambers and federal hearings. Thirty-two weeks to the midterms and the regime is already on defense. We intend to keep them there.
We’ve been fighting Trump for a decade—and we’ll work every single day over the next thirty-two weeks to make damn sure we flip Congress and turn Trump into a lame duck.
