The Regime Couldn’t Make Any Of It Stick: A Kushner Resort Sparked A Revolution, The World Flooded The Streets Against Trump, and A Judge Clawed Back $2.8 Billion
Bad week to be a Trump
The regime spends millions trying to keep you from learning that they are losing. Not someday. Right now.
They want us exhausted. We won’t give them that. I’m not buying the fear that they’re selling, and neither should you.
Before you hop in, hit the ❤️ like button and re-stack this edition. The algorithms are built to bury these wins so people never see them—your re-stack cuts through that and puts the truth in front of someone who needs it.
And if you haven’t yet, join us as a paid subscriber today. We’re funded only by our readers—we’d never want to be influenced by billionaires, advertisers, or any corporation. That independence lets me hunt down the truth no matter where it leads, and deliver it to you without ever asking anyone’s permission.
The regime is betting you’ll look away. I’m betting my whole career you won’t. Join us now:
THE REGIME COULDN’T MAKE IT STICK
The charge against Brad Lander was almost too small to say out loud: he sat peacefully in front of an elevator. The former NYC Comptroller had gone to 26 Federal Plaza last September to protest at an immigration court. The regime made a federal case out of it. Lander was zip-tied, arrested, and charged with obstruction.
The DOJ later offered him a plea deal. He turned it down. “I want a trial,” he said, vowing to keep protesting the regime’s immigration crackdown.
So they put him in front of a judge, and it didn’t last long. On June 11, after only one day, US Magistrate Judge Henry J. Ricardo found him not guilty, ruling the government could point to no real obstruction at all.
The regime put protest on trial and lost. Lander’s already vowing to be back.
COURT TO EPA: GIVE THE MONEY BACK
Congress set aside $2.8 billion to help towns fight pollution, lower power bills, and prepare for floods and fires. The regime didn’t like the program, so last February, the EPA shut down the Environmental and Climate Justice grants, fired the staff, and mailed cold form letters to the groups who were counting on that money.
The Southern Environmental Law Center sued. On June 11, US District Judge Richard Mark Gergel ruled the shutdown was flat-out illegal. “The President and federal agencies may not ignore statutory mandates or prohibitions merely because of policy disagreement with Congress,” he wrote.
The regime’s own lawyers didn’t even fight it—they’d already admitted in court that they broke the law.
Now the EPA is legally required to bring the program back. They tried to erase $2.8 billion with a memo. A judge erased the memo instead.
KUSHNER LIT A FIRE HE CAN’T PUT OUT
What started as anger over a resort has become a revolution. For twelve straight days, tens of thousands of Albanians have packed the streets of Tirana in a movement they’re calling the “Flamingo Revolution.” Opposition lawmaker Redi Muçi called it “an unprecedented event in Albanian history.”
What set it off? Jared Kushner and Ivanka Trump’s $4.7 billion plan to build a luxury resort on protected land—and a viral podcast interview where Ivanka described stumbling onto it by accident. “Effectively, that’s how we found it,” she said.
“It wasn’t so nice having somebody talk about our own land as if it had just been discovered,” protester Estela Ujka said. The site is home to one of the biggest flamingo habitats in the Mediterranean.
Now, demonstrators are demanding the resignation of the prime minister who defended the deal. The Trumps wanted a luxurious getaway for the rich. Instead, they got a revolt with their name on it.
THE WORLD SHOWED UP TO SAY NO
The night before Trump landed at the G7 summit, twenty thousand people filled the streets of Geneva to greet him—with rage. Environmentalists, antiwar activists, Palestinian rights groups, and union members.
“We are very afraid of the policy and the politics of Mr. Trump,” said organizer Francoise Nyffeler. “The people of the world are against their policies.”
They came together over tariffs, the war in Iran, the climate, and his ties to Epstein—a different grievance on every sign, aimed at one man.
Trump expected a hero’s welcome. The world had other plans.
THIS IS WHAT WINNING LOOKS LIKE
The fear they keep trying to sell you is the only thing they’ve got left—so don’t buy a cent of it. We don’t deal in doom here. We deal in receipts. Our coalition has driven 760,000 letters and countless calls to Congress since November 2024—real neighbors, refusing to be ignored.
None of this runs on a billionaire’s checkbook. It runs on readers like you who decided the truth is worth a few dollars a month.

The regime tried to make an example out of Brad Lander. It backfired. Tell me about a time you refused to back down.
