The Resistance Hits Back Hard: Jan 6 Heroes Sue To Dissolve Trump’s Slush Fund, Nine Prosecutors Put Federal Agents On Notice, and “Freedom Rings From Mississippi”
Plus, a village buries Big Tech
The regime is attacking us on every front—paying off rioters who tried to overthrow the government. Threatening to send federal agents to intimidate voters at the polls. Dismantling Black congressional districts. Letting Big Tech bulldoze small towns.
Hit the ❤️ like button and re-stack right now. Two Jan 6 officers just sued to dissolve Trump’s billion-dollar slush fund—and when you re-stack, people who would never hear about it will.

TWO JAN 6 HEROES HOLD THE LINE
Jan 6 heroes Harry Dunn and Daniel Hodges sued to dissolve Trump’s $1.776 billion “Anti-Weaponization” fund on Wednesday, arguing that using taxpayer money to pay off insurrectionists violates the 14th Amendment.
Their lawsuit doesn’t mince words, calling it “the most brazen act of presidential corruption this century”—and a “taxpayer-funded slush fund to finance the insurrectionists and paramilitary groups that commit violence in his name.”
The lead attorney is Brendan Ballou—the former Jan 6 prosecutor who quit the DOJ when Trump pardoned the rioters. Trump, Acting AG Todd Blanche, and Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent are the defendants.
Two heroes who held the line in 2021 just came back to hold it again.
A VILLAGE TOOK ON BIG TECH AND WON
Big Tech has a playbook. Find a small town. Catch a board or council that won’t see them coming until the concrete is already pouring. In Oneonta, New York, that all backfired spectacularly.
Data center developer Eco-Yotta bought 150 acres of farmland—pasture that grew crops and hosted youth soccer—and came to the board with a story that kept shifting. First it was for a data center. When the room turned hostile, they tried to say it was for an “agricultural research project” that just happened to require warehouses full of servers.
Their Instagram bragged about “powering the future of AI” until they quietly deleted the posts.
A facility like that drains the power of a small city and millions of gallons of water while giving almost nothing back. So for nearly a year, residents resisted. They packed town halls. And over 700 signed a petition against it.
On May 13, the town board voted unanimously to freeze all data center and crypto-mining facility construction for a year. Six days later, the city of Oneonta—a separate local government—enacted its own moratorium.
Eco-Yotta is gone. There’s now a for-sale sign on the property. They picked the wrong community.
NINE PROSECUTORS ISSUE A WARNING
Nine prosecutors just made it clear: any federal agent who shows up at a polling place to intimidate voters this November will be investigated and prosecuted.
The Fight Against Federal Overreach—FAFO—formed in January after federal agents shot and killed Renee Good and Alex Pretti in Minnesota. This week, after the regime refused to rule out deploying ICE to polling places, FAFO delivered a warning.
“Anyone—federal agent or otherwise—who shows up at a polling place in Philadelphia to intimidate voters is going to find out what ‘find out’ means,” Philadelphia DA Larry Krasner said. “A federal badge is not a license to violate the Constitution. There is no category of American who gets to operate above it.”
Hennepin County Attorney Mary Moriarty—who has already brought charges against federal agents in Minnesota—was direct: “The right to vote without fear of armed government agents at the polls is not negotiable, and it is not subject to the whims of a president.”
The regime assumed no one would stop them. Nine prosecutors just said otherwise.
MISSISSIPPI MARCHES FOR THE VOTE
In Jackson, Mississippi, on Wednesday, thousands of people gathered at the Old Capitol—where the state voted to join the Confederacy 165 years ago. Protesters wore “No Jim Crow maps” shirts, while chanting “No justice, no peace.” They marched through downtown, past Gov. Tate Reeves’s mansion, to the Jackson Convention Complex.
Reeves recently called Rep. Bennie Thompson’s 33-year career in Congress a “reign of terror.” Thompson took the stage at the rally to respond: “If this is their notion—that registering people and voting is a terroristic act—then between now and November, you better hold on.”
Cliff Albright of Black Voters Matter said: “The Liberty Bell may be housed in Philadelphia, but freedom rings from Mississippi.”

Hit the ❤️ like button and re-stack. Nine prosecutors just promised that any federal agent sent to threaten voters in November will be prosecuted. Every voter needs to hear that. Re-stack this story to help their warning spread like a wildfire.
I will never relent. Never bend a knee. Never give up. And I will never surrender to Trump.
Onward!
Scott
Every prosecutor in this country should publicly commit to prosecuting federal agents who intimidate voters at the polls. Anything less is complicity. Do you agree?
