Trump Is Failing Miserably As A Judge Blocks His Illegal Funding Cuts, Artists Cancel Shows To Protest His Kennedy Center Ego Trip, and His Compromised DOJ Resorts To Petty Name-Calling
The resistance is rising on every front

A CAROLING PROTEST
Recently, in Naples, Florida, a group of protesters gathered outside The Home Depot—singing holiday songs with altered lyrics that slammed the Trump regime’s immigration abuses.
Mary Kathleen Wright, who attended the event, said: “We’re all immigrants here … I think it’s so unfair for people who are trying to better their lives to get a slap in the face instead of a welcome.”
MONEY WELL SPENT
Folks across America are making a big difference in some children’s lives by donating money to pay off school meal debts. DARCARS Automotive Group donated $230,000 to cover more than 80,000 meals for kids in Montgomery County, Maryland. And a family-owned business in Kansas City, Missouri, has been paying off account balances at one elementary school for years.
Their generosity is heartwarming, but school lunch debt shouldn’t exist at all. Minnesota proved it doesn’t have to. Pictured above is Gov. Tim Walz signing the law that guaranteed free breakfast and lunch for every student. This needs to be the case everywhere.
JUDGE BLOCKS TRUMP
In a major blow to Trump, a judge blocked the regime from cutting Homeland Security funds from Democratic-run states that are refusing to go along with his unhinged immigration abuses.
The judge wrote: “To hold hostage funding for programs like [security] based solely on what appear to be defendants’ political whims is unconscionable and, at least here, unlawful.”
Massachusetts Attorney General Andrea Joy Campbell applauded the victory, saying the regime “cannot punish states that refuse to help carry out its cruel immigration agenda, particularly by denying them lifesaving funding that helps prepare for and respond to disasters and emergencies.”
FIGHTING FOR THE KENNEDY CENTER
Ever since Trump added his name to the Kennedy Center, there have been several cancellations. Folk singer Kristy Lee said she called off her show because Trump’s “personal promotion diminishes [the center’s] meaning and erodes the dignity owed to the legacy of a fallen president.”
On top of that, jazz musician Chuck Redd refused to do his annual Christmas Eve performance, stating: “When I saw the name change on the Kennedy Center website and then hours later on the building, I chose to cancel our concert.”
Now, Dem Rep. Joyce Beatty has filed a lawsuit to undo the name change. And a group of over 70 Dem Reps. have banded together, demanding the “illegal Kennedy Center renaming effort be reversed.” No matter what, Trump’s name will be ripped off the building eventually.
THE DOJ’S RESPONSE SAYS IT ALL
Trump’s DOJ made a complete embarrassment out of itself this week. Longtime journalist Jamie Dupree had offered a simple question about why the Trump regime would release a fake letter from Jeffrey Epstein.
The DOJ responded, saying: “Because the law requires us to release all documents related to Jeffrey Epstein in our possession so that’s what we are doing, you dope. Are you suggesting we break the law?” This shows just how compromised the DOJ is, but Dupree took the insult in stride, calling it “a badge of honor.”
The irony, of course, is that this DOJ is already breaking the law by not releasing all of the Epstein files. And the entire release process has been a complete disaster.
In fact, the DOJ’s Southern District of New York and the FBI said they just found “over a million” more files “potentially related to the Jeffrey Epstein case.” That’s an absolutely staggering amount of evidence to have sitting around gathering dust while they’re “busy” trying to gaslight and bully reporters.
Let me be clear: I’ve investigated Trump’s Epstein ties for a decade now—tracking the connections, cover-ups, and lies. There’s no way I’m stopping now.
While they try to bury the reality of Trump’s involvement, we are working around the clock to expose it. And we don’t just report the news—we mobilize the resistance. We proudly run one of the largest anti-maga social media operations ever, and have already contacted members of Congress 560,000 times over dozens of issues in the last year alone.
We do it all with no billionaires, no advertisers, and no nonsense. So if you want to support independent journalists that fight back, please upgrade to become a paid subscriber today:
