They Can’t Have November
Eleven states, twenty-three attorneys general, four federal judges, and a country that decided to fight

THEY PUT IT IN WRITING
The regime knows they can’t win the midterms fairly, so they’re trying to rewrite the rules instead.
A 17-page draft executive order has been circulating inside the West Wing that calls for declaring a national emergency. They would use it to force all 211 million already-registered American voters to re-register in person with a passport, ban most mail voting, and require ballots to be hand-counted.
A White House official confirmed it has been in development for nearly a year—and pro-Trump activists acknowledged they’ve been passing it around since at least April 2025. That’s no national emergency—that’s a confession.
Now look at what the country was building the whole time to stop it.
DOZENS OF STATES ALREADY SAID NO
The regime demanded the private voter data of every registered American from all fifty states—the raw material needed to build a national voter surveillance database, the first of its kind in US history.
Under questioning from Judge Mary McElroy, a DOJ attorney admitted that the federal government intended to run that voter data against an immigration database to hunt non-citizens. A deportation list built from your voter registration.
More than a dozen states—all Republican-run—handed everything over. Thirty-one refused, as did DC.
Federal courts have already thrown out the DOJ’s demands in six states. In Massachusetts, Judge Leo Sorokin said the demand had “no basis—none.” Even a Trump-appointed judge in Michigan agreed.
Meanwhile, twenty-three Democratic AGs plus Gov. Shapiro of Pennsylvania are suing over Trump’s proof-of-citizenship order that started it all. The regime came for the states one by one. The states filed together.
And in Georgia, Fulton County Commission Chairman Robb Pitts moved to block a federal subpoena demanding the personal information of every poll worker who helped run Atlanta’s 2020 election. He attached Trump’s own “RIGGED AND STOLEN” Truth Social posts as evidence of retaliatory intent. Trump built his own case against himself—and Pitts filed it.
The regime expected compliance. They got courts, AGs, and Robb Pitts.
STATES BUILD A FORTRESS
The regime spent months threatening to put federal agents at the polls. Eleven state legislatures spent that time fighting back.
New Mexico Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham signed a law making it a felony to station troops or armed agents at polling places—the same week Trump sued the state for its voter rolls. Washington Gov. Bob Ferguson signed an emergency law making it a felony for any election official to hand the DOJ private voter data.
Maryland Gov. Wes Moore signed his state’s own Voting Rights Act exactly twenty-four hours before the Supreme Court gutted the federal one—strengthening protections against voter suppression the regime can’t touch.
In California, State Sen. Tom Umberg is moving a bill that would ban federal immigration agents from coming within two hundred feet of any polling place. “Voter intimidation is not hypothetical to me,” Umberg said.
He was a federal prosecutor in Santa Ana in 1988 when he found organized voter intimidation at twenty polling places. He knows what this looks like. Now he’s writing the law to stop it.
Trump wanted agents at the polls. States are making that illegal.
NOVEMBER IS THE ANSWER
Voters are already delivering their guilty verdict to Republicans everywhere. Democrats have overperformed in nearly every election since last year—flipping seats in Iowa, New Jersey, and even Florida—in districts Trump won by double digits. The regime’s own pollsters are seeing the same numbers.
We can flip the House and the Senate in November. That would mean real oversight, subpoena power, and the ability to investigate what this regime has done while blocking what comes next.
The regime spent a year trying to convince you they’ve already won. Every state law in this edition says they haven’t. Every flipped district says they won’t. Every voter showing up in November says they can’t.
