This Great News Already Ruined Trump’s Weekend: Big Dem Flip In Florida, FBI Probe Finds No Widespread Voter Fraud, and Rubio’s Longtime Friend Headed To Trial
Getting it all on the record
The Trump regime had a rough week. Rubio is set to testify in his longtime friend’s “foreign agent” trial, Republicans just fell hard for Dems’ midterm trap, and the FBI just admitted they couldn’t find the fraud Trump’s been lying about since 2020.
Before you jump in, hit the like ❤️ button and re-stack this right now. That’s how we bust through the regime’s propaganda and the algorithms designed to drown out voices like ours.

TRUMP REGIME SUED OVER ELECTION THREATS
Trump has repeatedly suggested that he’ll send armed federal agents to polling places for the 2026 midterms. So the Democratic National Committee didn’t wait to find out. They sued.
Filed Tuesday in federal district court in DC, the lawsuit demands the regime comply with eleven separate FOIA requests about plans to deploy agents to polling places, drop boxes, and election offices. Not one response.
The FBI raided a Fulton County, Georgia election office, and in Arizona, it used a grand jury subpoena to seize election records tied to Maricopa County. On orders from a Trump-appointed Nevada prosecutor who had represented a fake elector, the FBI spent months investigating 2020 GOP election fraud claims.
They found 38 possible non-citizen voters. That’s not a stolen election.
RUBIO’S LONGTIME FRIEND GOES ON TRIAL
Career prosecutors in Miami’s Southern District spent three years building a case against one of Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s closest friends—and jury selection starts Monday.
The defendant is David Rivera—Rubio’s former roommate and longtime friend, who was there when Rubio picked out his wife’s engagement ring. Rivera is charged with acting as an unregistered foreign agent for Maduro’s Venezuela. He allegedly received more than $5 million up front from a $50 million contract to lobby the Trump regime to ease sanctions.
Rubio is on the witness list. But the bigger revelation could be this: White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles got a judge to let her avoid taking the stand—but in his ruling, he acknowledged her former lobbying firm had registered as a foreign agent for the same Venezuelan network at the center of the trial.
Rubio didn’t get so lucky.
GOP WALKS INTO DEM TRAP
On Thursday alone, Democrats brought bill after bill to the Senate floor. Funding for TSA agents who just missed their first full paycheck after 28 days of the DHS shutdown. Bills for CISA cyber defense, the Coast Guard, FEMA disaster relief, and more. Republicans blocked every one.
Minority Leader Chuck Schumer put it bluntly: “Six times Republicans came to the floor and blocked them. TSA officers shouldn’t miss paychecks, disaster relief shouldn’t be left hanging, and Americans’ safety shouldn’t be collateral damage in a political standoff Republicans created.”
Democrats knew the GOP would never pass them—that was the trap. Every single one of these blocked bills will become a campaign ad.
CHARGES DROPPED
The regime had a plan for ICE protesters in Chicago—charge them with federal conspiracy, make the process the punishment, and then scare everyone else into silence. It isn’t working.
Last fall, federal prosecutors charged 32 people linked to protests outside the Broadview, Illinois ICE detention facility. Charges included conspiracy to impede a federal officer.
On Thursday, charges were dropped against two more of the defendants. When a judge signs off, 19 of the 32 will have been cleared—none have been convicted.
Cat Sharp, one of the two defendants whose charges were dropped, was direct: “This proves what we have always known—that the indictment in this case was flawed from the outset.”
Thirty-two charged. Zero convictions. Nineteen free and counting. The crackdown is failing.
DEM FLIP IN TRUMP’S BACKYARD
Five votes—that’s the margin that just made Andy Thomson the first Democratic mayor of Boca Raton, Florida, in decades. His slim victory on Tuesday triggered a recount, which ended with Thomson being certified as the winner yesterday.
Florida Democratic Party Chair Nikki Fried said: “This race is proof that organizing everywhere and talking to every voter will make the difference in 2026.”
