I would spend that $19m in my community for affordable housing, healthcare for all and lowering fuel prices. So many rural Mainers will not be able to keep their homes warm this winter or keep food on their tables, yet our tax dollars go to a greedy old man who does not care about Americans.

On Sunday my hubby, grandson and I dropped our ballots in a Santa Clara Country Registrar of Voters secure and safe dropbox. Waiting for BallotTrax to let us know our ballots have been received. We voted early and encourage everyone to do the same. We have three weeks to go and early voting is taking off like never seen before. Onward!
I would’ve spent that money splitting it between Medicaid recipients who were thrown off Medicaid and food for people in need.
We have to find a way to get universal healthcare. That alone will help people enormously in terms of financial well-being.
I had cancer 26 years ago. I had insurance but it cost me $40,000 over the insurance for the care I needed. At the time, I made a very good salary, and I was able to take care of myself. If it happened now, there is no way I would survive the way I did.

Haven’t voted yet. Still reading the propositions for CA. That 19 million- put that money where it’s needed for humanitarian reasons. Period.
