Thanks so much for joining me today, I have some great news to share with you. Starting with the fact that, as of Sunday, more than 27 million Americans had already voted. In states that track party registration, registered Democrats cast 46% of those ballots, and registered Republicans just 31%.
Momentum is on our side, and I want everyone to know that. So before you scroll down, be sure to hit the ❤️ like button and restack—that shares this edition with everyone who follows you on Substack. Trump’s lawyers have to turn over his Election Day plans today, and I want as many people as possible watching.
With only eight days left until the election, our reporting and organizing efforts are both going full throttle. And right now we need all hands on deck to make sure we can finish strong. Starting today, paid subscribers get my briefing every morning until the polls close.

The Prosecutor Going After Epstein’s Money Men
On October 21, New Mexico’s Attorney General Raúl Torrez sued Darren Indyke and Richard Kahn—Jeffrey Epstein’s longtime lawyer and accountant who run Epstein’s estate. Epstein’s trust had set aside $50 million for Indyke and $25 million for Kahn.
I reviewed the entire lawsuit. It states Indyke kept asking Deutsche Bank how to take cash out of Epstein’s accounts without setting off an alert with the government. It says that from 2013 to 2017, he made 97 cash withdrawals, for around $200,000 a year. Each one was under the $10,000 mark banks have to report on.
The complaint alleges that in 2018, he took out $100,000, claimed it was for “tipping and household expenses,” and used it to pay women in Epstein’s trafficking ring. In the court documents, the state quotes a 2017 email that Kahn sent to Epstein about paying “the latest batch of medical expenses for girls.”
Torrez wants a judge to freeze all payouts so the money can’t disappear while the case plays out. “Those resources rightfully belong in the hands of survivors,” he said.
Survivor Anouska De Georgiou stood next to Torrez at the announcement of the lawsuit, and said: “We cannot undo what happened or return what was taken from us, but we can demand answers.” A lawyer for Epstein’s estate says the claims are categorically false.
When New Mexico asked for the Epstein files, the Trump regime sent back only 31 pages. In July, Attorney General Todd Blanche told the Senate in writing that the DOJ won’t prosecute anyone else connected to Epstein.
Every single person who helped Epstein should face justice. The DOJ won’t do it, but New Mexico isn’t afraid to go to court.

Trump’s Own Judge Just Made The Regime 0-27
In February, the Justice Department sued Utah to get the private data of every voter in the state. That would include full birth dates, driver’s license numbers, and partial Social Security numbers. Utah already had handed over the public voter file, but refused to give up the rest. Then in September, the regime told GOP Lt. Gov. Deidre Henderson—the official who said no—that she was under investigation.
On Friday, Trump-appointed US District Judge David Barlow threw the case out, dismissing it with prejudice, which means the regime can’t come back with the same suit.
The regime argued a 1960 civil rights law requires Utah to hand over the data. That law covers records that come into an election official’s possession. Barlow ruled that a voter database built by a state isn’t one of them, and said the courts have “no warrant to elevate vague invocations of statutory purpose over the words Congress chose.”
That’s 27 losses in a row in federal district court for the regime. Henderson posted just this on social media: “0-27.”
Trump wanted millions of voters’ private info, but no judge in the country would give it to him. Not even one he picked himself. Utah’s voters keep what’s theirs.

Brazil Just Told Trump’s Ally No
On Sunday, Brazil re-elected its president Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, who goes by “Lula.” After every ballot was counted, he beat Flávio Bolsonaro 51.8% to 48.2%. That’s a margin of nearly 4.4 million votes.
Flávio is the son of Jair Bolsonaro—Brazil’s former president who was sentenced to 27 years in September 2025 for plotting a coup after he lost to Lula in 2022.
As someone who also tried to steal an election, of course Trump went all in for the Bolsonaros. In July of 2025, he put a 50% tariff on everything Brazil sells to the US. Trump wrote a letter to Lula calling the case against Jair Bolsonaro a witch hunt. A few weeks after that, the US Treasury slapped sanctions on the judge running the case. Bolsonaro was convicted anyway.
In May, Trump welcomed Flávio into the Oval Office. Flávio was promising the voters he’d pardon his father.
Flávio led in the first round by more than 2 million votes. On Sunday, Brazil voted again, and Flávio took the early lead. Then, with about half the votes counted, Lula pulled ahead and never looked back.
Luzia da Souza, who runs a bar in Rio de Janeiro, told AP, “Lula is a man of the people and he knows what it’s like to be poor.” Under Lula, the United Nations took Brazil off its Hunger Map last year, and this year workers earning up to about $900 a month stopped paying income tax.
Flávio refused to concede and demanded results get thrown out—the same sore-loser stunt Trump pulled in 2020.
Trump bullied an entire country to protect his friend, but Brazil made fools out of them both. It convicted the father, beat the son, and showed the world how to handle Trump’s tantrums. Lula starts his record-setting fourth term on January 5.

The NAACP Is Making Trump Show His Plans
In February, Trump’s old adviser Steve Bannon said on his show that ICE would “surround the polls come November.” On September 18, the NAACP and eight other groups sued to stop it.
On October 21, Judge Loren AliKhan ordered the regime to start turning over its election plans. By today, they are supposed to submit any records on sending FBI agents, ICE, and Border Patrol to polling places, ballot drop boxes, and election offices. They also have to hand over the orders behind the agents who have recently knocked on doors in nine states asking people about voting—the same operation a nurses’ union got blocked in court last week.
The regime also has to provide any threat reports and rules for when agents can show up at the polls—by Wednesday.
Trump’s lawyers fought it, arguing that the groups “do not point to any policy or statement that DHS intends to deploy armed federal agents to polling locations.” In that filing, they never denied there’s a plan. On October 29, the judge gets a report on what they turned over, and I’ll tell you exactly what’s in it. Trump wants people afraid to vote, but he’s going to lose that fight too.
We’re only eight days away from the election. After ten years of fighting Trump, there’s no way we’re taking our foot off the gas now.
And our work doesn’t stop on November 3. If Democrats win, we’ll be the ones making sure they deliver on what they’ve promised. We aren’t electing them just to act like they are bipartisan, or to play Trump’s games.
Whatever happens, we’ll be here every day, reporting on what corporate media won’t, organizing against the regime on social media, and running one of the largest pressure campaigns on Congress ever.

If New Mexico wins, what should happen to the $75 million Epstein’s trust set aside for his lawyer and accountant?
If you’re voting in the US, have you voted yet? Tell me how it went. If you haven’t, tell me your plan.
