VIRGINIA WINS THIS BATTLE

The people voted in Virginia, and caused an earthquake the regime never saw coming. The redistricting referendum passed—with more than 51% voting in favor. It could flip four Republican House seats in November.

Governor Abigail Spanberger said: “Virginia voters have spoken, and tonight they approved a temporary measure to push back against a President who claims he is ‘entitled’ to more Republican seats in Congress. I understand the urgency of winning congressional seats as a check on this President.”

Republicans filed lawsuit after lawsuit to kill this before a single vote was cast. They challenged the ballot language, the timeline, and the election process. Courts threw out the lawsuits every time.

The night before the vote, the RNC filed an emergency lawsuit targeting Fairfax County—claiming noncitizens were voting with a form of state ID that had been used without incident for five years. That failed too.

Former Attorney General Eric Holder, who has spent years fighting Republican gerrymandering, put it plainly: “When the president told Gov. Abbott in Texas, ‘I need five additional seats,’ there had to be a response.”

The regime thought it could steal its way to permanent power. It was wrong.

THE REGIME’S WAR ON PROTESTERS CRUMBLES

The Trump regime has arrested hundreds of US citizens at anti-ICE protests, and called them domestic terrorists. A ProPublica and FRONTLINE investigation published last week reveals how those cases keep falling apart in court.

Across the country, more than a third of cases were dismissed, never filed, or lost at trial. In Chicago alone, at least 75 out of the 109 people who were arrested saw their charges dropped.

One regime target was Alejandro Orellana—a Marine Corps Veteran and UPS employee—who was arrested for handing out water to protesters. Seriously. Charges were dropped within weeks.

You can’t arrest a movement. The regime just proved it.

THE WORLD UNITES AGAINST TRUMP

While Trump isolates America, the world is coming together to fight back against his brand of fascism.

Senator Chris Murphy and Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz were in Barcelona, Spain, this weekend for the Global Progressive Mobilization summit—which featured six thousand elected officials and activists from more than 100 countries.

Murphy, the only sitting US federal official in the room, said: “We are not on the verge of a totalitarian takeover. We are in the middle of it.”

Walz went straight at JD Vance: “Unlike our current vice president, I’m not here to arrogantly lecture or scold you. I am not here to pick a fight with the Pope or host a rally for any local wannabe authoritarians.” German Vice Chancellor Lars Klingbeil added: “The far right is international, so we must be too.”

Orbán lost Hungary last week. Now the world is organizing to finish the job.

TRUMP SINKS

Trump’s approval ratings are in the dumpster and sinking lower by the day. Today’s AP-NORC poll has Trump at 33%, and NBC News has him at 37%—both second term lows. Across most major polls, Trump is in the 30s.

Two-thirds of Americans disapprove of how he’s run his war in Iran—including 26% of his own Republicans. His Energy Secretary admitted Sunday that gas won’t fall below $3 until next year, so it’s likely Trump’s numbers will only get worse from here.

Let me be clear—we will flip Congress in November and turn Trump into a lame duck. We will make sure every one of Trump’s accomplices is held accountable. But the work must happen now. Full speed ahead.
