Thanks so much for joining me. I’m glad you’re here, because I have some great news for you today—starting with the fact there are only nine days until the midterms. But before we jump in, hit the ❤️ like and restack buttons to help us reach people who would otherwise never see the truth.
We are full speed ahead, still investigating Trump’s Senate candidates with more exclusives to come. And our Watchdog Coalition has been running an enormous social media campaign, dominating the trends with six hashtags this week on multiple platforms. All pushing people to vote, supporting Democrats, and slamming Trump’s Republicans.
No billionaires. No corporate influence. No nonsense. Everything we do is funded by this amazing community. So if you haven’t yet, join us as a paid subscriber today so we can sprint through the finish—and beyond. Let’s win this:

Kansas Has Trump Running Scared
On October 19, Trump flew to Park City, Kansas, for a rally with Sen. Roger Marshall—who is in what Cook Political Report rates a Toss-Up race with Democrat Adam Hamilton.
Judd Perry sells fuel at the Ottawa Co-Op in Ottawa, Kansas. Diesel has climbed to record highs since Trump started his war with Iran. “Before the conflict,” Perry told local news station KSHB 41, “a bushel of corn would buy two gallons of fuel. Now a bushel of corn doesn’t buy a gallon of fuel.”
At the rally, Trump promised farmers $8 billion to help with diesel. Of course, the Agriculture Department hasn’t said when the money goes out. Its announcement told farmers to set up a Login.gov account and wait. Jerry Hagstrom of DTN, a farm news service, reported that the payments won’t go out before the election. Trump is begging for their votes now, while promising a check later.
Hallie Jackson of NBC met a man in Kansas who has voted for Trump three times. He told her, “I can’t bring myself to vote for Roger Marshall, right now.”
Marshall’s latest report to the Federal Election Commission runs through October 14. It shows he had $809,806.46 cash on hand. I haven’t seen anyone else reporting that number anywhere. Hamilton’s report for the same period shows $2,874,363.74, more than three times as much. Hamilton has raised $19,175,044 this election to Marshall’s $6,862,104.
The last poll, from InsiderAdvantage on October 13 and 14, had Marshall at 48 and Hamilton at 47. Kansas last sent a Democrat to the Senate in 1932, but Hamilton can change that on November 3. Which is exactly what Trump is afraid of.

Zelensky Stood Firm. Trump’s Story Fell Apart.
In mid-October, in the middle of missions, Ukrainian soldiers started losing contact with their drones. These are the same ones that help shoot down Russia’s attack drones. They run off of Starshield, a military internet service run by Elon Musk’s company SpaceX. The US government pays for Ukraine to use it.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said any drone that went faster than 100 miles an hour was losing connection.
While the limit reportedly hindered Ukrainian strikes and air defenses, Musk and Trump were busy passing the buck. On October 14, Musk posted online that the limits to Starshield “are decided by the US military and ultimately POTUS.” That means Trump. On October 19, Trump said, “I don’t know who it was, but I’d like to find out.” All he has to do is look in the mirror.
The Wall Street Journal revealed that Musk gave the order after talking with Trump. On Thursday, the Journal reported that Trump had called Musk and asked him to undo it. The White House denied that account. “The bottom line—he put it back,” Trump said.
On Saturday morning, Ukraine’s Defense Ministry said the speeds were finally restored, more than a week after someone cut them. Zelensky never let up, and he won this round.
Nobody has owned up to giving the order. Everyone involved needs to be investigated. And electing a Democratic majority in Congress on November 3 is how we make it happen.

The Town That Unplugged Its Spy Cameras
In January 2024, the city of Lafayette in Colorado signed a five-year deal with Flock to install 30 cameras that photograph the license plate of every car that drives by. I pulled the minutes from that meeting. The deal was passed as a routine item on the agenda, with nobody debating it on the record.
Then people in town started pushing back. Chao Chen of DeFlock Lafayette put it plainly: “I just think it’s weird that you’re being tracked when you’ve done nothing wrong. They don’t need to know where I am at all times.” More than a dozen residents spoke out against the cameras at City Hall on October 6.
Councilor Adam Gianola didn’t hold back: “Boy, are we facing a time when warrantless searching is occurring from these cameras.”
Five days before that meeting, a federal judge in Oklahoma ruled a deputy violated a woman’s constitutional rights by searching Flock for her car without a warrant. Down the road in Denver, audit logs show police—mostly from out of state—ran more than 1,400 searches of the city’s Flock cameras marked “ICE” or “immigration” in under a year.
On October 20, the council voted unanimously to cut off the money. City staff will put covers over the cameras until Flock takes them down. Lafayette turned off all 30, thanks to people who stood up and said enough.

Nurses Took On Trump’s Door-Knockers And Won
On August 31, Homeland Security told its agents to start questioning people about voting in nine states. Agents showed up at front doors in places including San Francisco and Kansas City, Missouri. Some carried guns.
The California Nurses Association and National Nurses United have more than 225,000 members, and a lot of them spend election season getting people to the polls. Once the agents started knocking, at least one nurse quit going to campaign events. Another said they won’t be a poll monitor this year.
The entire point of knocking on doors like this is to instill fear in communities, so fewer people vote and volunteer. Every nurse in these groups who stays home is one less person helping a neighbor vote. So on September 18, the nurses sued.
On October 21, Judge Araceli Martínez-Olguín ruled for the nurses, ordering DHS to stop questioning likely citizens in those nine states. Her order lasts until polls close on Election Day.
Nurses beat Trump in 33 days. We only have nine left, and I’m spending every one of them helping to lead the fight. I’ve been at this since February 2016, and I’ve never felt more fired up. But we need all hands on deck now—more than ever—so we can deliver the blue tsunami America deserves.
