OBAMA ON TRUMP’S DESTRUCTION

In an interview released this week, former First Lady Michelle Obama doubled down on her criticism of Trump’s destruction of the East Wing, stating: “I felt a loss for us as a nation, but personally … that’s not our house. That’s the people’s house.” It sure is, no matter how hard Trump tries to destroy it.

BOLSONARO STARTS SERVING SENTENCE

Brazil is once again showing us how to handle tyrants. Former Brazilian president Jair Bolsonaro began his 27-year prison sentence this week, after a judge caught him tampering with his ankle monitor. Likely in an attempt to flee to the US.

The funny thing is, Trump recently said that he would be seeing Bolsonaro soon. When Trump found out about the arrest, he was surprised and disappointed.

REPUBLICAN SLAMS HEGSETH PROBE

GOP Sen. Lisa Murkowski spoke out against Pete Hegseth’s sham probe into Dem Sen. Mark Kelly. Murkowski stated: “To accuse him and other lawmakers of treason and sedition for rightfully pointing out that servicemembers can refuse illegal orders is reckless and flat-out wrong.”

Murkowski added: “The Department of Defense and FBI surely have more important priorities than this frivolous investigation.” I’m glad the Senator’s speaking out, but where are all the other Republicans on this? Their silence is deafening.

NOEM BLAMED

The DOJ has now stated, on the record in federal court, that DHS Secretary Kristi Noem was the one who ignored a judge’s order to stop deportation flights en route to El Salvador.

The judge in the case is investigating whether or not members of the regime should be held in contempt of court, and this clearly only makes things worse for them.

TRUMP STARTS TO GET THE BIDEN TREATMENT

Trump once again completely lost it on social media, raging about a piece in The New York Times, titled: “Shorter Days, Signs of Fatigue: Trump Faces Realities of Aging in Office.”

I think it’s still a fluffy sort of title, but it’s a good start for corporate media to give Trump the Biden treatment. It’s only fair, and it’s way overdue.

In the article, they state that Trump “has fewer public events on his schedule and is traveling domestically much less than he did by this point during his first year in office.” It also says that he “keeps a shorter public schedule than he used to,” and that Trump’s “total official appearances has decreased by 39 percent.”

It is obscene that corporate media continues to give Trump a pass, but we never will. That’s exactly why our independent media revolution is so important.
