The Clintons Just Turned The Tables On Trump, CEO Refuses To Back Down To The Pentagon, and Senators Demand $175 Billion Tariff Refund
Trump tried to bury this great news—and he failed miserably
The regime wants the stories in this brief buried—every ❤️ like and re-stack makes sure that doesn’t happen. Do it now to help us directly fight the MAGA propaganda machine.

That’s no accident. That’s the whole point. Upgrade today to support independent journalism and help us lead the resistance:
THEY REFUSED TO BEND
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth gave Anthropic until 5:01pm on Friday—either drop its AI guardrails or face being labeled a national security threat and lose access to the Pentagon.
Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei refused publicly—vowing no mass surveillance of Americans, no autonomous weapons without human oversight. The deadline passed. Trump ordered federal agencies to stop using Anthropic technology within the next six months.
Anthropic called the move an “unprecedented action—one historically reserved for US adversaries, never before publicly applied to an American company.” They pledge to fight it all in court.
More than 700 employees from Google DeepMind and OpenAI signed a letter titled “We Will Not Be Divided,” showing support for Anthropic.
Hegseth—who once shared live bombing coordinates on an unsecured app with a reporter—wants fewer human checks on AI weapons. But Amodei and Anthropic didn’t blink.
“We don’t want to sell something that we don’t think is reliable … something that could get our own people killed or that could get innocent people killed,” he said on Friday night. “Disagreeing with the government is the most American thing in the world. And we are patriots.”
CLINTONS FLIP THE GOP SCRIPT
Republicans spent months trying to make the Epstein story about the Clintons. By Friday afternoon, that plan had backfired miserably.
Hillary testified on Thursday for more than six hours, and left calling the subpoena “a distraction.” At one point, GOP Rep. Lauren Boebert halted the deposition by leaking an unauthorized photo of it to a right-wing podcaster. It was a violation of the rules, and a cheap gotcha attempt that proved Hillary’s point.
Then Bill testified on Friday, becoming the first former president to do so under subpoena. During his testimony, he revealed Trump told him at a golf tournament in the early 2000s that he and Epstein parted ways over a land deal that went sour. Not due to Epstein’s crimes, as the public was led to believe. A land deal. That upends Trump’s public story entirely.
Republicans wanted to play games with the truth, and what they got was a road map leading right back to the Trump regime. Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick—who visited Epstein’s island in 2012, four years after Epstein’s first conviction—came up in Hillary’s testimony. The House Oversight Committee now appears poised to subpoena Lutnick, with even GOP Committee Chair James Comer calling it “very possible.” The regime acts like they don’t want to play anymore. Too late.
TRUMP’S SCHEME TO KEEP TARIFF MONEY
When the Supreme Court ruled 6-3 that Trump’s tariffs were illegal, the regime had already collected up to $175 billion under authority it never had. The ruling did not address refunds—leaving that to the lower courts. Trump crassly said: “I guess it has to get litigated for the next two years.” That’s not him being confused. That was the plan.
Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent made that clear when he called refunds “the ultimate corporate welfare” on Fox, and when he told the Economic Club of Dallas: “I got a feeling the American people won’t see it.”
Senate Democrats introduced the Tariff Refund Act, which already has 26 co-sponsors. The bill would require full repayment with interest within 180 days, starting with small businesses. Sen. Markey said: “That money must be repaid immediately.”
Democrats have a $175 billion reason to make this one of the defining issues of the midterms.
OF COURSE HE HAS A PLAN
Pro-Trump activists drafted a 17-page executive order for Trump to declare a national emergency, blame Chinese interference for his 2020 loss, ban mail-in ballots, outlaw voting machines, and seize election authority from all 50 states. There’s no evidence to justify any of it, but Trump reportedly reviewed the draft anyway.
The blueprint is already being tested. In late January, dozens of federal agents raided Fulton County’s election hub, initially using the wrong warrant. They seized nearly 700 boxes of ballots, absentee envelopes, and voter data. Trump’s Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard was also there—but nobody knows why.
Fulton County Commissioner Mo Ivory recently said in a Senate hearing: “What we’re seeing is a preview of what could happen nationally.”
She’s right—and the only answer to a regime that’s already running drills on stealing our vote is to make November impossible to steal. That means we keep organizing, turning out voters, and electing a Congress that can stop this regime. We’re working on all three.

I have two questions for you today:
Do you plan on taking part in “No Kings Day” part 2 in person or online?
What is something or someone that inspired you this week?

I’ll have to admit it was great seeing Hillary giving back some karma to Trump. And they didn’t even bring up Benghazi lol
Wow. I’m using Claude from now on. Way to go, anthropic.
