I have received emails back from my Congress people that go into detail about their views and welcome more communication. You can even pass the links on to other people in your community.
I would also suggest that you ask your state Attorney General to attend a community meeting for help with concerns about how this Data Center will effect property value and how it can be stopped. You can also use the phone to leave messages about your concerns.
