Trump’s Propaganda Machine Collapses Along With His Poll Numbers, As Dems Score Major Victory In Arkansas
Plus, four law firms fought back against the regime’s retaliatory executive order—and won
While the Trump regime is losing—in court, the polls, and on the world stage—its propaganda machine is hemorrhaging money and Democrats are flipping seats. This edition documents the regime’s losses—and the resistance delivering them.

THE REGIME IS LOSING THE COUNTRY
Trump spent last week begging for praise for bombing Iran. But according to the latest Reuters/Ipsos poll, only 27% of Americans approved, while 43% didn’t. That’s not the verdict Trump was hoping for.
Trump’s approval on immigration has collapsed 10 points in a year. Among Hispanic voters, disapproval surged to 58%.
Even his own voters are seeing they were lied to, as the number of Republicans who think Trump acts ethically dropped 13 points. According to Navigator Research, one in five Trump voters now say they regret voting for him. And only one-third of Americans believe that Trump actually cares about them—the worst number of his political career.
Trump’s not losing the country slowly—his support is crumbling all at once. Good.
MELANIA DID WHAT?
Three days into Trump’s bombing campaign in Iran, the regime dispatched Melania Trump to chair a United Nations Security Council meeting. This is the part where I wish I was joking.
The meeting was titled “Children, Technology, and Education in Conflict.” Melania didn’t mention the war her husband started. Instead, she said: “The US stands with all the children throughout the world. I hope soon peace will be yours.” Give me a break.
Six American service members had already been killed overseas. Iran declared the Strait of Hormuz closed. The US Embassy in Riyadh was struck by drones. And Melania was at the UN telling the world to “safeguard learning.”
This is what moral collapse looks like.
THE PROPAGANDA EMPIRE IS BLEEDING CASH
The regime built Truth Social to dominate the information war—but the market called its bluff.
Trump Media and Technology Group posted a staggering $712.3 million net loss in 2025 while scraping together just $3.7 million in revenue.
The bulk of the losses came from declines in its crypto holdings. The social media platform itself? Still garbage.
The propaganda machine isn’t making money—it’s losing it.
FOUR LAW FIRMS WIN
Four major law firms refused to cut deals and surrender when Trump issued a retaliatory executive order against them last year. Instead, they sued. And they won at every level. The courts struck down Trump’s unconstitutional orders.
Judges had scorched the regime’s arguments at every turn—saying the orders were designed to “chill legal representation the administration doesn’t like” and that they were “unfaithful to the judgment and vision of the Founding Fathers.”
The law firm WilmerHale called the outcome vindication of “our clients’ constitutional right to retain counsel of their choosing and the rule of law.”
The firms that bowed down and cut deals with Trump got nothing but humiliation. The firms that fought back won big.
AN ARKANSAS FLIP
Democrat Alex Holladay won the special election for Arkansas State House District 70 last night, defeating Republican Bo Renshaw with nearly 60% of the vote. It’s a decisive flip in one of the most Republican-dominated legislatures in the country.
Gov. Sarah Huckabee Sanders tried to delay this election until June to keep Democrats out of the April fiscal session. A court said no. The guy she was trying to keep out just won—after losing the same seat by just 286 votes in 2024.
Democrats now hold 20 out of 100 seats in the state house, and that number matters more than it sounds—appropriations bills in Arkansas require a 75% supermajority from both chambers.
After his win, Holladay said: “The People are ready to hold our state’s leaders accountable, and that’s what this election was about.”
The resistance is winning, and The Dworkin Report is proud to be a part of it.

I have two questions for you today.
What do you think of the four law firms that challenged Trump’s executive order and won?
What’s your take on Melania chairing a meeting at the UN on behalf of the US?

The clown law firms that capitulated to Trump probably feel real dumb right about now. GOOD for them.
Another day of big wins for the resistance. Let’s seize it.
