AOC CALLS OUT TRUMP PROPAGANDA
On Sunday morning, Fox “News” got caught. The network aired old footage of Trump at a dignified transfer ceremony that hid the fact he showed up in a baseball cap while six soldiers killed in his war came home.
Fox tried to play it off as an honest mistake, even as their own co-host Joey Jones called it “embarrassing.” Journalist Mehdi Hasan put it plainly: “If any other network did this it would be a huge scandal, Fox would lead the chorus of criticisms and faux-outrage, and people would lose their jobs.”
That night, Dem Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez and Pat Ryan held a town hall in Glens Falls, New York. About 500 people packed the event, with an overflow line out the door. They were there to talk about Trump’s illegal war in Iran, tariff refunds, ICE abuses, and rising healthcare costs.
AOC slammed the propaganda machine covering for Trump. She said the concentration of control over the media “has gotten to such an extreme degree that you can literally name the billionaire that owns the outlet. That Jeff Bezos owns The Washington Post … You have CBS that’s been taken over by a charlatan.”
AOC then moved on, calling the regime’s “waste, fraud, and abuse” slogan a smokescreen. They are “out here trying to kick people with disabilities off of Medicaid,” she said. “It’s corruption that is stealing from the public coffers—and that’s the actual waste, fraud, and abuse that we need to confront.”
ANTHROPIC FIGHTS BACK
While Democrats are calling out the machine, others are taking it to court.
When Trump and Hegseth tried to bully one of the world’s leading AI companies into building tools for mass domestic surveillance and autonomous weapons, Anthropic stood up to the regime and said no.
Hegseth then designated it a national security “supply chain risk,” making Anthropic the first American company to ever receive the label—which is typically reserved for foreign adversaries.
But Anthropic isn’t backing down. They have now sued in two federal courts, stating: “Anthropic turns to the judiciary as a last resort to vindicate its rights and halt the Executive’s unlawful campaign of retaliation.” They are asking the courts to overturn the supply chain risk label and block it from being enforced.
This is a blueprint for every company and institution the regime is trying to break.
A SENATOR ROASTS THE REGIME
Renee Good and Alex Pretti were killed by Trump’s agents in Minneapolis. Soon to be former DHS Secretary Kristi Noem lied, falsely portraying them as “domestic terrorists.”
Last week, Trump fired her—in part due to the backlash over the killings and that lie. But that didn’t stop the regime from keeping the lie going.
On Monday, former acting DHS Secretary Chad Wolf said he’d “let the investigation play out” before deciding if he’d call Good and Pretti domestic terrorists. And he wouldn’t say Noem was wrong for using the term.
Van Hollen refused to let Wolf off the hook. “The country has seen the videos,” he said. “Their parents and their loved ones deserve an apology.”
Wolf tried to say he wasn’t taking a position, but Van Hollen cut him off: “Yes you are. By taking no position and leaving on the table the notion that they are domestic terrorists, you are taking a position.”
Wolf had no answer. MAGA never does when someone refuses to back down.
MY RECEIPTS CAUSED A MAGA MELTDOWN
The regime tries to bury what they can’t bully. They tried with me—desperately doing everything they could when I was first covering Trump’s Russian business ties in 2016 on MSNBC. I’ve been documenting his corruption for more than a decade now.
MAGA’s never liked it, with countless threats and attempts at cheap intimidation—but all that did was let me know I was on the right track. Now, we have one of the largest social media followings in all of politics, with the ability to dominate the narrative and send Trumpworld into an absolute frenzy with our posts.
This week, across all major social media networks, I posted something simple. Just a few facts. I said Bill Clinton had us on track to pay off the national debt, Bush blew it up. Obama fixed it, Trump blew it up. Biden picked up the pieces, Trump blew it up again.
Pretty simple, right? Not to MAGA.
The post went viral and even trended on Twitter/X, a platform I’m not a fan of ever since Musk took over. Tens of thousands of replies poured in, with right-wing influencers twisting themselves in knots trying to prove my statement wrong. They all failed, and it just brought more attention to the post.
It’s not a hot take. We all know it’s true. Last month the economy shed 92,000 jobs—far worse than economists projected. The regime promised prosperity and is delivering the opposite.
The receipts exist, they’ve always existed. It’s on us to show them to the world, and right now we need all hands on deck. The regime is on defense, and our job is to keep it there.
