For the last eight years, the corporate media has tried to make us believe that Trump supports workers and unions.
In reality, Trump treats American workers with disdain, and has never done anything substantive to help labor unions.
Donald is a career scab who has stiffed countless workers. He has refused to pay enormous bills owed to plumbers, waiters, bartenders, contractors, painters, dishwashers, and even his own lawyers—putting many folks out of business.
Felon Trump has crossed picket lines, he’s been fined and cited dozens of times for failing to pay fair wages and overtime pay. He doesn’t support raising the minimum wage, or paid family leave, and has no interest in making child care affordable for the rest of us.
Donald doesn’t care about making the workplace safer, or ensuring employees are treated fairly on the job.
One of the biggest lies Trump has ever told is that he supports workers, when he’s never lifted a damn finger for them. No one in a union should ever support Donald in any way—he is exactly the kind of monster who makes unions an absolute necessity in our country.
We are sharing this message with millions of people across the country to counter Trump’s Labor Day messaging, which will surely include his lie of being pro-worker. This post will help fight back against that false narrative.
