Last Thursday, right after Kamala’s epic Convention speech, CNN featured a panel asking “undecided” voters if the address changed their mind. MeidasTouch reported this weekend that one of the participants was a Trump supporter.
CNN knew he had a history of supporting Donald, but they still put him on the panel and presented him as “undecided.”
We gave CNN a chance to respond, but we were met with radio silence. So yesterday morning we launched a massive pressure campaign demanding an explanation. The only acceptable comment would have included a sincere apology, and acknowledgement of this major failure.
Three hours later, they issued a response. It wasn’t much of an answer, and it certainly wasn’t an apology. In fact, it sounded like Trump’s folks wrote it.
Their statement read: “When building the panel of voters who haven't decided on a candidate, all participants made it clear that they indeed hadn't made a final determination. This particular individual, who said he had supported Donald Trump in the past, expressed to us that after President Biden dropped out of the race, his mind became open, and he hadn't make a final decision on a candidate.”
That “make” typo makes me wonder how little time they actually spent on this.
Instead of owning up to it, CNN took no blame and gave no apology. But CNN responding at all is a huge deal. It’s more proof our pressure campaigns are working.
Last week CNN changed a bogus headline minutes after we called them out for it. Yesterday they issued a response that proves our point, only hours after we demanded it. And our social media work is dominating the trends.

There’s so much I don’t know until you write about it, Scott, thank you for reporting.
That’s why I no longer listen to CNN and I even removed their app from my telephone if it’s CNN it’s just as bad as Fox
