REPUBLICANS ARE LYING ABOUT ACTBLUE
If you’ve ever given money to a Democrat online, you’ve likely used ActBlue. It’s a fundraising platform that gives campaigns the tools to collect donations online. When you give, every dollar goes straight to the campaign you choose, minus the credit card processing fee. The GOP has their own version called WinRed.
Republicans meanwhile, led by Trump and Texas AG Ken Paxton, falsely claim ActBlue is corrupt—accusing the company of processing foreign donations and laundering dark money.
Paxton is not to be trusted. His own party impeached and tried to remove him from office, and his own aides reported him to the FBI for bribery. He was indicted in 2015 on three felony charges related to securities fraud. To avoid trial, he agreed to pay $271,000 in restitution and complete community service. The charges were dropped. Now he’s running for US Senate.
I’ve read Paxton’s lawsuit, ActBlue’s federal countersuit, and Paxton’s own campaign finance records. Here’s the real story.
Paxton filed his lawsuit against ActBlue on April 20—just five days after The New York Times called his Democratic opponent James Talarico a “fundraising juggernaut” on ActBlue. The timing was no coincidence.
Paxton claims that his investigators successfully made gift card donations on ActBlue. But according to ActBlue’s complaint, Paxton’s investigators tried three times to commit the fraud he alleged—but it was blocked every time by the company’s internal fraud-prevention systems. ActBlue claims Paxton knew this and deliberately hid it from the Texas court when he filed the lawsuit.
Both can’t be true.
You see, Paxton’s lawsuit isn’t designed to win. It’s crafted as a PR stunt to scare Democrats away from using ActBlue—or donating at all. That would be crippling for campaigns.
I’ve worked with ActBlue since they were founded. I’ve never once seen them operate even remotely outside the lines. Now that you have the receipts, spread the word, and let Republicans know that their bogus scare tactics will not work.
AGENTS COULD FACE CRIMINAL CHARGES IN ILLINOIS
Last October, Governor JB Pritzker created the Illinois Accountability Commission—led by former federal Chief Judge Rubén Castillo—to investigate Trump’s immigration raids in Chicago last fall. Six months later, the commission delivered its findings.
We read all 204 pages of it, reviewed testimony from over 60 witnesses, and scanned countless body camera videos.
The report is damning: Trump’s federal agents committed flagrant abuses of power—tampering with evidence and falsifying reports—and they did it all with the full knowledge and encouragement of the Trump regime.
Vice Chair of the Commission and former federal prosecutor Patricia Brown Holmes didn’t mince words: “The evidence led straight up to the White House.”
Illinois didn’t just document what happened. It sent criminal referral letters to six law enforcement agencies—prosecutors with the power to convene grand juries and bring charges against federal agents who were involved. A Cook County judge is expected to rule this coming Monday on appointing a special prosecutor.
The commission did their job. The rest is up to the prosecutors.
TRUMP IS SELLING THE PRESIDENCY
This is the one the regime really doesn’t want you to see.
Trump runs his own cryptocurrency—a digital token he profits from every time someone buys one. Three times so far, he’s run the same scheme: buy enough and you get private time with Trump.
Scheme One, May 2025: Rep. Jamie Raskin’s congressional investigation found 23 of the top 25 buyers who got that access were likely foreign nationals. Number one was Chinese billionaire Justin Sun—who invested $75 million in World Liberty Financial—a separate Trump crypto venture. He received a $100,000 Trump-brand watch and a private VIP reception with 24 other top buyers.
Scheme Two, Two Weeks Ago At Mar-a-Lago: At least half the crowd flew in from abroad. Treatment and access were based on how much they spent on Trump products—including Trump-brand cologne. I heard it smells like the bottom of a birdcage. The White House refused to release the guest list and when I called for a comment, I was hung up on.
Scheme Three, Last Week—The Trump Coin Club: Now he’s asking his supporters to join this “exclusive club,” which promises luxury suites and private dinners for top buyers of his cryptocurrency—which is down 97% in value as of this writing. It was once worth $75 at its peak last year, now worth only about $2.
The Constitution was written to prevent foreign money from buying access to an American president. Each event is an impeachable act. Most. Corrupt. Regime. Ever.
INFLUENCE THAT FOR A WHILE
Polk County, Florida, ran an undercover prostitution sting last month. They named it—with full awareness of the play on words—“Polk Around and Find Out.” 266 people were arrested.
Craig Long, a 41-year-old Tampa-based MAGA “influencer” with 568,000 TikTok followers, was one of them. He built his platform on photo ops with Trump and Trump Jr. He answered an undercover escort ad, arranged to pay $100, and arrived at the sting location. He was charged with soliciting prostitution.
Sheriff Grady Judd put Long’s photo with the Trumps on the screen at a press conference and didn’t miss: “Got arrested in the human trafficking scheme. Influence that for a while.”
Judd also announced that Ryan Yates was arrested in the same sting. We pulled his court records. On January 6, 2021, Yates pushed away Capitol barricades, forced his way through the Senate Wing doors, and pushed against police to storm the Rotunda.
He pleaded guilty to felony civil disorder—accepting a deal that dropped other charges—and was sentenced to six months in prison. Trump pardoned him on day one. It doesn’t cover soliciting prostitution in Polk County.
Two hundred sixty-six people were arrested. Two of them were MAGA—that we know of.
This is what reader-funded journalism actually looks like. Reading every page of court filings the regime hopes nobody opens. Tracking websites the White House hopes nobody notices. Calling out their corruption as loud as possible.
It’s on us to punch through MAGA propaganda each and every day. We’ve been fighting this regime since February 2016—and we’re not stopping now.
