We all have different feelings about things right now. But one thing that is abundantly clear is that the Democratic Caucus is uniting behind Kamala Harris, and the VP will be our nominee.
The Harris campaign already has endorsements from Biden, the Clintons, 42 of 47 Dem senators, 186 of 212 Dem reps, all 23 Dem governors, over 250 mayors, 11 Labor Unions, nearly all 50 state party chairs, and 8 state delegations. Harris even already has 50% of the delegates needed to secure the nomination pledged.
A lot of us aren’t happy with the way things played out for Joe Biden. But MAGA and the media have wasted no time. They’re already coming after Kamala with racist and sexist attacks. That's why, in this very difficult moment, we must unite.
We have to be ready to push back harder, stronger, and faster than ever. We must intensely pressure the media into covering Trump’s lunacy and lies at a constant.
If we unite, we win.
Together we defended Biden until the very end, and now we must do the same for Harris.
