We Ruined Trump’s Week, and It’s Only Monday
Bondi’s subpoena stands, 23 states sue the regime, and a judge says no to Trump twice
The resistance doesn’t ask for permission or wait for corporate media to catch up. It doesn’t stop when the regime pretends to cooperate or throws us a bone. It shows up, wins, and then shows up again.
The regime is trying to bury the fact that Pam Bondi’s Epstein subpoena is still standing. Don’t let them—hit the ❤️ like button and re-stack this edition right now.
We’ve been leading the fight against Trump for more than a decade. We cover the stories the regime wants buried, we flood Congress with constituent pressure until members have no choice but to listen, and we run social media campaigns that punch through Trump’s propaganda.

A BOROUGH SAID NO
Provident Data Centers wanted to develop an 18-building campus on more than 400 acres of land in Archbald, Pennsylvania—a small borough of around 7,500 people. State law requires a developer to prove their project won’t harm the community. Provident couldn’t. They had no water, sewer, or sound study. No fire consultation. No transportation impact analysis.
The borough council was set to vote on March 27 on whether to grant Provident permission to build. Nine days before that, the council had stripped its president and vice president of their leadership positions for backing the data center. Over two hundred residents packed into a basketball court to finish the job.
Resident Kim Nudelman put it simply: “The applicant has the burden to prove that this project will not adversely affect the health, safety and general welfare of the community, and I do not believe they have met this burden.” The council vote was unanimous—5-0. The crowd cheered.
The developer’s lawyer sent a letter calling it “institutional manipulation.” The hundreds of residents who showed up on a Friday afternoon called it a win.
23 STATES DRAW THE LINE
Trump had tried to restrict mail voting last year, but courts blocked it. So he came back with a broader executive order on March 31—directing the Postal Service to deny mail ballots to anyone not on a federally approved list. States that refused to comply would lose federal funding, and their election officials would face criminal investigations.
Within three days, 23 states and DC filed suit in federal court to kill it.
California AG Rob Bonta said: “Free and fair elections are the cornerstone of our democracy, and no president has the power to rewrite the rules on his own.” New York AG Letitia James called it an attempt “to disenfranchise voters and sow distrust in our electoral system as we head into the next election cycle.”
States run elections—not presidents. The Constitution says so. The courts already stopped Trump once. Twenty-three states and DC are making sure they do it again.
THE JUDGE HOLDS
Chief US District Judge James Boasberg has now blocked Trump’s attempt to weaponize the DOJ against Fed Chair Jerome Powell twice.
Powell refused to slash interest rates at Trump’s demand. So the regime sent in US Attorney for DC Jeanine Pirro to launch a criminal probe into him. In March, Boasberg blocked subpoenas issued from Pirro’s office, calling the investigation a pressure campaign with no evidence of a crime.
At a sealed March 3 hearing, Pirro’s own deputy admitted as much. Boasberg was unimpressed: “The Government’s fundamental problem is that it has presented no evidence whatsoever of fraud.”
The DOJ asked Boasberg to reconsider. On Friday, he said no.
No evidence. No case.
BONDI’S SUBPOENA STANDS
Pam Bondi spent more than a year promising to release the Epstein files. Instead, she did everything she could to shield Trump. And on Thursday, she still got fired.
Within hours, a photograph was shared of her portrait in the trash at the DOJ—a fitting end for someone who bragged about yanking down Biden’s and Harris’s the second she arrived.
Bondi doesn’t get to walk away from what she did. In March, she was subpoenaed to appear for a deposition on April 14. “Pam Bondi has been leading a White House cover-up of the Epstein files,” said ranking member Rep. Robert Garcia on the day Bondi was fired. “She will not escape accountability and remains legally obligated to appear before our committee under oath.”
The regime is already trying to kill that deposition. In fact, Trump’s newly installed Acting AG Todd Blanche said it’s time for the DOJ to “move on” from the Epstein files entirely.
Rep. Melanie Stansbury wasn’t having it: “AG or not—Pam Bondi is still legally required to appear for her deposition under oath in front of the Oversight Committee on April 14. We will be expecting you.”
They fired Bondi to make Trump’s Epstein scandal go away. We won’t let that happen. We’ve been investigating this for over a decade—and we’re not stopping now.
The regime is not invincible. We stopped them in the states, in federal court, and even on a small town’s basketball court on a Friday afternoon. It loses when people like us organize, show up, and refuse to be written off.
We don’t just chase the regime’s narrative—we investigate everything the regime doesn’t want you to see, verify every word, and make sure the truth spreads like a wildfire. Scott
I have two questions for you today.
Do you think the regime should be able to “move on” from the Epstein files?
Hundreds of residents turned the tide in Archbald. Have you seen this happening in your community?
