What The Trump Regime Filed At 9:04 On Friday Night

A Judge Just Saved 116,000 Votes

After Trump lost in 2020, Shasta County officials in California decided the voting machines had cheated. There was no evidence of anything, they just believed Trump’s Big Lie. So they got rid of the machines and started counting all ballots by hand. The process went so badly that the state was forced to pass a law to make them stop.

In June, the county tried something even more ridiculous. They called it Measure B—which would’ve made people show a government photo ID just to register to vote, ended vote by mail, and gutted early voting down to almost nothing.

On top of all that nonsense, it would’ve erased the county’s entire list of voters and made all 116,000 of them re-register—with just three months before Election Day.

In response, California Attorney General Rob Bonta and Secretary of State Shirley Weber sued. On August 7, Judge Benjamin Hanna put a stop to the charade. His ruling took Measure B apart piece by piece and blocked the whole thing.

Nobody has to re-register. Nobody loses their mail ballot. Same as always.

The Doctors Won’t Budge

Measles cases are at the highest level they’ve been in over 30 years—already infecting more Americans this year than all of 2025. On Monday, Trump signed an order cutting the diseases every child is vaccinated against from eighteen down to eleven, and demanding the MMR shot be split into three injections at three separate appointments.

But there’s a big problem—those three shots don’t exist. Nobody makes them. None of them are FDA-approved.

Jan Carney from the American College of Physicians called the changes “problematic and deeply concerning.” She added that it would mean more appointments and more copays, with families paying more for worse protection.

Andrew Racine from the American Academy of Pediatrics said the current vaccine schedule is “based on decades of research.” He explained that pediatricians time a child’s shots to when a small immune system responds best, and when that child is most at risk. Not when Trump says so.

Both groups are ignoring the order and staying locked in with the normal pediatricians’ vaccine schedule. As a father, let me just say that no one should be trusting a human Big Mac with their children’s health.

Look Who Was Hired To Defend Migrant Children

Roughly 26,000 children across America have to show up at immigration court without their parents next to them. The regime made the cruel decision to stop paying legal groups who actually stood with them. Those lawyers kept showing up anyway—and sued. Judge Araceli Martínez-Olguín ordered that the $65 million owed be released on August 6. The money started getting paid this week.

But the regime already gave their jobs away. It went to a Utah nonprofit called Our Rescue—formerly Operation Underground Railroad. It’s the group behind the movie Sound of Freedom. Its founder Tim Ballard resigned in disgrace in 2023 when women accused him in lawsuits of sexual abuse and trafficking. He denies it.

It’s the first federal contract the group has ever received.

The government posted the notice on Friday night at 9:04. I read the entire record myself. There was only one bidder for the job, with no competition. The regime’s justification for skipping the bidding? Urgency for a shortage they created when they cut off the lawyers already doing the work.

The six-month contract is worth $158 million—up to $244 million if it’s extended—while the group’s last public filing puts everything it owns at $36.9 million. Judge Martínez-Olguín had already ruled the regime never showed her a plan for these children. This was the plan.

What makes it worse—Our Rescue is run by Derek Benner, who used to manage the investigations arm of ICE. The children’s defense is now run by someone who spent his career on the other side of it.

I’m not letting this go. This investigation is only beginning.

Trump Left Turkey In A Catering Truck

Last month, the White House said Trump flew out of the NATO summit in Ankara, Turkey, aboard Air Force One. Cameras even filmed him walking up the stairs. He got right back off.

An Iranian assassination threat was serious enough that a catering truck pulled up on the far side of the plane, drove Trump to a smaller military jet—leaving everyone else on board as a decoy.

ABC’s Michelle Stoddart was on that plane and assumed Trump was up front, as did some of his own staff. The press cabin was ordered to keep their window shades shut. A Secret Service agent came back to say it again. Nobody told them why.

After landing, Trump quietly got off that jet and back onto the one the press was on, so the cameras would see him coming down its stairs like he’d been there the whole time.

On the flight home, reporters asked why they’d had to keep their shades down. He said they were “probably on a dangerous flight.” Then he added: “But if I go, you go. Right?”

And the White House didn’t even bother denying it. The manbaby who calls everybody else weak snuck out of Turkey in the truck that brings the sandwiches.

Nobody hides in a catering truck when they’re winning. You don’t have to file paperwork late on a Friday night if you’ve got nothing to hide. None of this is true strength. And that’s where my mind keeps going this week.

They want all of us to be too exhausted to vote. That is never going to happen. We’ve made it this far, there is no way we’re giving up now.
