What’s Next After The Protests?

Momentum is on our side

Last week was a turning point, the kind of week we’ve been hoping for—for a long time.

We rode the momentum from Susan Crawford’s enormous win in Wisconsin, and Dem Sen. Cory Booker’s record-breaking speech—right into this weekend’s Hands Off! demonstrations.

We had millions of people peacefully protesting in all 50 states and DC—even in other countries across the world. Standing for democracy, stability, and freedom—while speaking out against Musk and Trump’s tyranny, corruption, and chaos.

This weekend, Dem Sen. Cory Booker said this at his town hall: “This has got to be a moment in America. This is not a left or right moment … this is a right or wrong moment.”

We are all on the right side of history—that much is clear.

And last week, was only the beginning. But the question lots of folks have now is: what’s next?

We’ll keep organizing, protesting, and will get even louder. We’ll make more calls and send more letters to Congress, than ever before.

We’ll push for Dems to do more town halls, and hold more empty-seat town halls for the GOP cowards who refuse to face their constituents. We’ll continue ramping up the pressure—until even Republicans have no choice but to listen.

A “People’s Cabinet” has formed to confront every corrupt act of the Trump regime. And starting today, Dems will hold “spotlight hearings”—publicly broadcasted unofficial hearings, where they can call out Trump’s crimes while presenting witnesses and evidence. We’ll be using our social media following, which is one of the largest in all of politics, to amplify them both.

The message from this weekend is clear: we have true momentum. But in order to build on this progress and expand from here, we need all hands on deck.
