CONNECTICUT HANDS REGIME LOSS NUMBER SIXTEEN

The DOJ demanded Connecticut hand over every voter’s Social Security number. Driver’s license number. Date of birth. Every private detail—with no explanation of what they planned to do with it.

Secretary of the State Stephanie Thomas told them no. So they took her to court.

On Friday, US District Judge Kari Dooley threw the whole thing out. The 1960 Civil Rights Act—the law the regime twisted to justify the grab—does not cover a state’s voter list. The list belongs to Connecticut, Dooley ruled, not to Trump.

Dooley is now the sixteenth judge in a row to shut this scheme down. And she’s no liberal activist—Trump put her on the bench himself.

This was never about clean elections. It was about building a national list to decide who gets to vote and who gets thrown off the rolls. Sixteen courts looked at that and gave the same answer: your private life is not Trump’s to take.

A JUDGE BLOCKS THE REGIME

Cross Trump, lose your money. That’s been his weapon all along—rip away promised grants, pull funding for real things in real towns, and dare anyone to stop him. On Friday, Judge Indira Talwani did just that.

Twenty-three states and DC took him to court, with roughly five billion dollars in grants on the line. They said the regime was abusing a buried budget rule to claw back money already out the door.

Talwani agreed on every count. The rule, she wrote, “does not permit agencies to terminate grants based on program goals and agency priorities identified after grants were awarded.” His interpretation had “no basis in law” and broke the Constitution.

Trump promises your town money for police, your town hires the officers—then he tries to rip it back because you didn’t vote his way. This wasn’t budgeting. It was punishment—starve the towns that didn’t kneel.

Talwani just slammed the door on all of it—your town’s money stays exactly where it belongs.

THEY LIED ABOUT JACK SMITH ALL ALONG

For months, Senate Republicans led by Chuck Grassley sold you a story. Jack Smith, the prosecutor who investigated Jan 6, “spied” on Congress—read their private messages, broke the law. They knew it was garbage when they said it. They said it anyway—to threaten judges, purge the DOJ, and turn the man who investigated a coup into a criminal.

On Thursday, over the regime’s furious objections, Judge James Boasberg dragged the truth into the open. And here’s what all the screaming was about: a routine request for phone records showing that a call happened, when, and how long it lasted. That’s it.

Not what anyone said. Not one word of any conversation. Smith followed the law to the letter—the same records any prosecutor pulls in any serious case, and this was a case about an attack on the Capitol. He did his job exactly right, and they smeared him for it.

Grassley and his allies didn’t spend months trying to bury these records to protect senators from Jack Smith—they did it to protect Trump. Because those records traced the calls Trump’s people made to members of Congress while they worked to overturn the 2020 election. They didn’t smear Smith for what he did. They smeared him for what he found.

THE NIGHT DEMOCRATS REFUSED TO BLINK

Trump went on primetime last week swearing our elections are rigged—shouting about China, offering not one shred of evidence. He wanted fear. He wanted Democrats scrambling, defensive, apologizing.

He got the opposite. Minutes after the broadcast, Sen. Ed Markey called for his impeachment and demanded the Cabinet invoke the 25th Amendment to remove him outright.

California Gov. Gavin Newsom didn’t hedge either: “This is a 25th Amendment moment. The ramblings of a mad king.” Rep. Yassamin Ansari went further: “how can anyone deny the urgency of the 25th Amendment at this point?”

And in Georgia—the state Trump most wanted to go after—they refused to give an inch. Sen. Jon Ossoff named the play for what it was: Trump “signaling his intent to attack these elections and to undermine voting rights.”

Days before Trump even spoke, Sen. Raphael Warnock had already planted the flag: “This is John Lewis’ Georgia. We are not intimidated. We are not moved.”

THE WALLS ARE CLOSING IN

Every bully who’s losing does the same thing. The moment they start screaming that they’re winning, it’s because deep down they know they’ve already lost.
