Whitmer and Shapiro Pummel Trump on Trail for Harris
The momentum continues
Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer teamed up with Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro Monday to rally Kamala Harris supporters, following the VP’s first “Weekend of Action” on the campaign trail.
The audience was booming with ovation as the duo made the case for Harris and ripped the Trump-Vance ticket to shreds.
Governor Whitmer started things off:
Kamala Harris has more experience than the Trump–Vance ticket combined—He’s really made his values clear lately.
Absolutely true.
As District Attorney, Kamala Harris put crooks and sex offenders behind bars—maybe that’s why Donald Trump is so scared of her.
One of the many reasons.
JD Vance has really made his values clear. He does not see women as equals…He’s scared of us because Democrats want everyone to have a seat at the table…even cat lovers and dog lovers alike.
Boom.
And then Governor Shapiro dropped the mic on Trump:
He is dangerous, he is destructive, and the guardrails are off…go crack open that whole Project 2025 thing. Go take a look at what his buddies and all his former staff wrote—It’s really scary.
Truth.
You ever see this guy? He kind of meanders over and goes over to the flag and hugs the flag. I love the flag but it’s a weird thing he does. While he’s hugging the flag, he’s ripping away our freedoms.
Trump’s so creepy and weird.
Those days where you didn’t want to look at your phone because you just didn’t want to know what he did that day, what alliance he broke across the world, what risk he was posing to our communities, the chaos he injected into our lives—we don’t want to go back to that.
This is the sort of swagger Democrats need to have at a constant when going up against a wannabe dictator like Trump. And the kind of stories I love to cover.

Woohoo. I love it. Democrats finally got swag and are using it to swing with verbal axes!! I love it. Don’t get me wrong I would have voted for Biden I think he has been terrific but this boost behind Madame President, I love typing and saying that, has been phenomenal and it’s exciting. I actually feel hope.
