Happy Saturday, thanks for joining me. The regime’s been pushing another lie that being president has cost Trump money. This edition uses his own signature to prove them wrong. Before you scroll, hit the ❤️ like button and restack—which shares it with everyone who follows you, so they hear the truth too.
There are only 17 days left until the midterms, so we need all hands on deck. We’re digging into Trump’s Senate candidates and putting what we find in front of millions of voters every day in the states that decide this election.
There’s no advertiser and no billionaire behind any of it, just readers like you who power our work. Join to help us keep up the fight today, and you’ll get exclusive morning midterm briefings from me starting October 27:

Trump Signed The Proof He’s Cashing In
On October 1, Trump’s Homeland Security Secretary Markwayne Mullin told a rally in Durant, Oklahoma, that Trump’s losing money being president. “It’s cost him to be in office,” he said. PolitiFact rated it as a Pants on Fire lie.
It doesn’t take much to find the truth. Every president has to file and sign off on financial disclosures. Trump’s came out on June 30, and by the New York Times’ count he brought in at least $2.2 billion in 2025, up from $622 million the year before.
Most of it is thanks to his crypto deals. Line 21.6 of his own form lists a licensing deal with something called “Celebration Coins” that paid him $635,068,835 in royalties. I went looking and couldn’t find any trace of the company online.
When a reporter brought up his profits in July, Trump said, “Well, you know why I’m profiting? Because the stock market is going up. Everybody is profiting.” Then he asked the reporter how their 401k was doing. Plenty of us don’t even have a 401k, and the ones who do sure didn’t get $635 million out of it.
While our grocery bills kept climbing, the ethics watchdog CREW called 2025 “the most lucrative year of Trump’s life, by far.” If Democrats win the House, his own filings are where they start building the case to make him give it back.
Trump is so arrogant he signed the evidence himself. Now we get to use it.

Trump Hid The Receipts. They Came Out Anyway.
Four days before Trump was sworn in, a fund backed by UAE national security adviser Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed bought 49% of the Trump family’s crypto company for a whopping $500 million.
That information wasn’t made public until a year later, when the Wall Street Journal reported that $187 million of the first payment went to Trump family companies. Just 10 months after the deal, the regime approved advanced Nvidia chips for an Abu Dhabi AI company chaired by the same sheikh.
Crypto billionaire Justin Sun, who was charged with fraud by the SEC in 2023, bought $75 million of the Trump family’s tokens. In March, the SEC dropped its claims.
An Abu Dhabi fund paid for a $2 billion stake in Binance with the Trump family’s own digital dollar. Weeks later, the SEC dropped its Binance case, and last October Trump pardoned its founder.
Companies tied to Trump’s sons’ investment firms have pulled in $3.2 billion in federal awards.
The list goes on forever. This is only what we know. Imagine what we don’t.
Trump’s for sale and everybody knows it. If Democrats take the House, those companies can expect subpoenas. So should the entire Trump regime.

Democrats Refuse To Rubber-Stamp Trump’s Loophole
It’s a crime for most government employees to make money off of their position. A park ranger or an Army lieutenant could go to prison for it. The president is exempt, and Trump clearly noticed. He launched his own crypto coin just three days before he was sworn in—and his latest filing shows he’s still holding 15.75 billion World Liberty Financial tokens.
Sen. Jeff Merkley wrote a bill that would ban presidents, members of Congress, top officials, and their spouses from launching or endorsing crypto—but Republicans have buried it since May of 2025.
In May of this year, Sen. Chris Van Hollen tried to add a similar ban to the crypto bill Trump wants, and all 13 Republicans on the committee voted no.
Then Republicans wrote their own “ethics” rule which only bans new coins. That would allow the 15.75 billion tokens Trump owns to stay put. Sen. Richard Blumenthal called it “a charade” and “a sham.” Democrats didn’t give it one vote, and on September 15 the bill failed to make it to the Senate floor.
Republicans are guarding Trump’s piggy bank, but they can’t pass a thing without Democrats. Win the Senate, and Sen. Elizabeth Warren is next in line to run the committee that writes the crypto rules.

Give It Back. Every Dime.
I think Trump should hand back every dollar he makes cashing in on the presidency.
During Trump’s first term, three lawsuits accused him of taking government money through his businesses. A court threw one out on a technicality, while the Supreme Court dropped the others five days after he left office. They said it didn’t matter anymore because he was no longer president.
This time, Democrats have the tools. If they win the House, Rep. Jamie Raskin would be running the committee that keeps watch over the DOJ. He said his “No. 1” focus would be on bribery and kickbacks, as well as “disgorgement and restitution to the American people.”
That means making Trump pay back what he took. If Democrats flip the House, Rep. Robert Garcia would run the main investigating committee in the House. He said he’s going after “the president’s sons and the president and the family.” In the Senate, Minority Leader Chuck Schumer has a bill that would let each state’s top lawyer take a crooked president to court to claw back the money he made off the job.
Trump is betting we’ll see that he raked in $2 billion while our bills went up, then shrug and stay home. He’s betting against the wrong people. We’ve been fighting him for a decade, and we’ve never been stronger.
Every day until November 3, we dig up what Trump’s Republicans running for Congress are hiding, and we put it in front of millions of voters in the races that will decide who wins. No advertiser pays for it, and no billionaire ever will. This amazing community does. That’s why nobody can tell me to go easy on Trump.
Help us get rid of this Trump-controlled Congress at the ballot box so we can finally hold this regime accountable for everything they’ve done:
Then hit the ❤️ like button and restack this edition. Somebody you know needs to see the number Trump signed before they vote.
Onward!
Scott
If Trump had to give back one thing first, what would you choose?
What’s the first subpoena you want to see signed if Democrats win back either chamber?

He signed the form. $2.2 billion. The law that covers every other federal employee does not cover him. The tools to claw it back only open if the House or Senate flips. Seventeen days.
