The fact that Musk has so much power in American politics should terrify us all. He is a sick man who promotes violence and chaos as a feature, not a bug. No one I know voted for him. Investigations begin January 3rd.
It is terrifying that there are SO many men in powerful positions, men who have NOT been elected, who are only there because of their relationships with the Current Occupant. Elon Musk. Jared Kushner. Steve Witcoff. Nutlick. Bessent. Burgum. Hegseth. Wright. Vought... SCOTUS....just to name a few... there are MORE. Slimy sycophants carrying out wishes of their master. I hear that the D's have a 100 day plan to address this treasonous crowd.
All of the above and so many more behind the scenes!
It’s so distressing the cruelty being heaped upon everyone who’s not an In-bred Magat I won’t be getting much sleep for the next month or so because if there’s not a landslide this election will be going on and on and on. Orange cheatO won’t give up unless his exoskeleton supported mass of cells gives up the ghost👻…hmmm maybe by Halloween…
Eighteen days. I’m tired and I’m not stopping. If you’re still here, thank you. The work only happens because enough of us decided it was worth doing. Onward.
We are so close to the finish line. Trump and his supporters are falling apart. They are rats who are being cornered. Elon Musk is wanted for questioning by a lot of people. We all need to stand strong and know our rights.
The rest of us need to take up a collection to send cases of Red Bull to you and Scott for your doggedness in exposing the truth and keeping us informed, Sam!
Boy oh boy. This election can’t come soon enough! We need a clean, fresh blue wave to clear out this cesspool and bring in fresh waters of change for building back smarter, more sustainably, KINDER, and with strong, ethical people in government who listen, don’t take dark money, don’t rape children (um - weird to have to specify that), and take science, human rights, international relations, affordability, clean energy, the climate, biodiversity, HUMAN diversity, the law, our true heritage (good and BAD), our public lands and honesty seriously.
My ballot has already been filled out and dropped off at my local City Hall. The race I'm most fired up about is the race for governor here in my state of California. Xavier Becerra is going to handily win and I'm looking forward to Temu TRump, Steve Hilton, being embarrassed, as he should be. He'll cry foul, but we're a BLUE STATE and he didn't stand a snowball's chance in hell of winning here. The other race that has me fired up is Maine. I hope Susan Collins gets her butt handed to her and is shown the door in January! ONWARD!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Yes I’m a California and I dropped my ballot at the SD registar office. I’m in agreement with your comment 💯! Steve only became an us citizen on Biden watch and I don’t think his supporters even aware of his background.
Fired up about turning out the vote…although if the long lines at early voting sites, which opened in NC yesterday, are any indication, more than 40% of the registered voters who usually turn out for midterms are out there!👍🏻 Hope they’re all voting blue💙🎉
We are delivering our mail-in ballots tomorrow and are seeking advice: we want to make another round of last minute donations but need advice regarding the latest stats to know how much to allocate to the most critical races now, especially with the latest influx of dark money and manufactured lies! Help appreciated!
As a Massachusetts native, I’m most interested in the New Hampshire race. The Sununu family has been around long enough! It’s time for a change. Go Pappas!
Is it just me, or is it fairly weird to fire people/ask them to resign and then 99% of the time say they were a wonderful employee they were glad worked for them?
It totally makes sense that anyone would say that she was a good employee?
Have already seen him quoted as saying she was "treated unfairly"--by whom, for heaven's sakes? Apparently even Fox people indicated she was less than stellar.
I'd suggest he hire competent people to begin with, but he has no concept of wanting people to be good at the job they're supposed to do. He looks only for their willingness to bow down and kiss his feet.
1. Yes. It's weird to fire people/ask them to resign.
2. Yes. It's weird to then say said fired or resignee was a wonderful employee.
3. Katie bungled/epically failed on her first day on the job. Obvious to everyone, even them.
4. But makes sense they'd say she was a wonderful employee because: a) They don't want to diss her and then she spills the tea on what she knows about this shady operation, and b) The regime thinks saying she was wonderful will hide the fact that they continuously hire incompetent people, which reflects badly on them.
5) Bingo on your last point above. He doesn't want competence, just compliance.
4 b) anyone who saw her memorable debut is never going to hire her, at least for a position that involves talking to people.
I would sure love to see someone come out of there and tell the truth. You think he an unofficial--as in no paper trail--cadre of people, standing back and standing by, who call in the death threats and arrange for the pizza deliveries, etc. at his request? Maybe the guys (and no doubt some women) who do that get those jobs because they don't meet the waist-to-height ratio to do the masked terrorizing on the streets.
Those 'how many Senate seats' counts are off by at least one, since they count Fetterman who is unreliable at best. Fortunately, there is a good chance the Dems will get a real working majority. But it depends on massive turnout, including to make it clear to any Dems who might wobble what their voters care about.
To start with, keeping our awesome Dem triumvirate at the head of our AZ government (Hobbs, Gov; Fontes, Sec of State; and Mayes, AG) bc they beat back our incredibly MAGAT state legislature. Then flipping both the federal and our state legislatures (both houses). We would also love to toss a bunch of the MAGAT judges up for retention on our state ballot. A voter can wish, right?!?!
I am most fired up about the seats we need to win for the Senate and am donating to those that seem most needed, possible and in question. And personally urging others to do the same.
Happy Friday. 18 days until the election, and four letters you can send before your coffee gets cold:
Impeach Chief Justice John Roberts: https://actionnetwork.org/letters/tell-congress-impeach-supreme-court-chief-justice-john-roberts/
Start drafting articles of impeachment against Trump: https://actionnetwork.org/letters/tell-congress-begin-drafting-articles-of-impeachment-against-trump/
Stop Trump’s Yosemite giveaway: https://actionnetwork.org/letters/tell-congress-stop-trumps-yosemite-giveaway
Stop Trump from destroying 45 million acres of our national forests: https://actionnetwork.org/letters/tell-congress-stop-trump-from-destroying-45-million-acres-of-our-national-forests/
Each one lands with your members of Congress. Tell me below which ones you sent.
All four signed, sealed, and delivered

All four e-mails sent. Done ✅
All Done 😕🤗
Sent all 4! Thank you!
Signed all four. Shared to three other sites.
I read the filing and then I read the Senate map. Same feeling both times. We’re not done. Thank you for staying in it with us.

The worst one of all non elected men is Stephen Miller. He has entirely too much power, he is hateful and a sadist.
Evil personified.
Stephen Miller and Russ Vought are tied, IMO.
Yes- both are born again Nazis as far as I’m concerned.
& Peter Thiel
Agree, Sharon!
All of the above and so many more behind the scenes!

and release the Epstein files!
Don’t forget Miller!
FElon Musk MUST be investigated when the Dems take the House. He's as dirty as they come.
Agree, Mike. But I think his reckoning is coming. The more than heroic President Zelenskky is helping us with that.
I look forward to those.
It doesn't terrify me - it infuriates me!!!
Eighteen days. I’m tired and I’m not stopping. If you’re still here, thank you. The work only happens because enough of us decided it was worth doing. Onward.
We will resist with all of our might, Sam.
You BET we will!

Still here with ya Sam! Never leaving, and at 77, if I can stay and fight, we can all do it! 👊💙🇺🇸 Onward together! ✊🌊🌊🌊

18 days. Don't be complacent. Everyone needs to get out there and VOTE. We've been fooled by polls before. Vote Blue to save America.
I really really want to see Ossoff and Talarico win.
Maine is SICK OF LI'L MISS SUSIE. IN 18 DAYS WE WILL FINALY HAVE "The trash hauled away"

Yes but Katie bungled her very first press conference so it totally makes sense.
It totally makes sense that anyone would say that she was a good employee?

I think there should be some kind of save Democracy Prize for Marc Elias
